My wife ordered a bed on the first of may today is June 21st still waiting. When we have been able to talk with someone about what's going on they make all kinds of excuses and give you a new delivery date that was today guess what it did not arrive I think that overstock should be so ashamed. Update today is July the 6 and still no bed imagine that

Overstock Garden zojuist gebeld net voordat ik onze bestelling van 600 Euro wilde plaatsen. Blijkt dat ze geen retour accepteren (zowel na aanschaf online als in de winkel). Lijkt me toch minimaal Europees recht. Geeft weinig vertrouwen dus helaas lopen ze onze bestelling mis.

Onze tuinset, 4 jaar gelden gekocht, ter waarde van 1750€ kunnen we niet meer gebruiken. Er is geen garantie meer op wordt ons meegedeeld.Pech!Geen enkele vorm van tegemoetkoming. Steeds zorg gedragen voor dit meubilair, heeft zelfs nooit in de regen gestaan want het staat beschut onder een afdak. Het materiaal, wicker, is waardeloos! De plastiek(Wicker) valt in stukken uiteen! Een schande. Ik ga nu een officiële klacht indienen.

I've purchased 2 chairs and a large area rug from Overstock. It's like furniture tinder. The pictures on their site do not accurately show what products look like, and they only offer free returns if left packaged. How am I supposed to see what I get from a box if it's too small to sit in or too ugly to walk on? They either need more accurate pictures of products or a better return policy before I buy from them again.

Ordered a box spring from them and they told me that it would arrive guaranteed at a certain date. The day of arrival I checked tracking and the arrival date was rescheduled for a week later. I asked them why and they told me that ups just picked it up from their warehouse the day that it was supposed to arrive at my house. I cancelled my order and told them that was unacceptable as I had correlated the box spring to arrive the same day as the bed frame (which I ordered elsewhere). They were just like, we don't know what happened and that was it. I asked for a refund and will never shop there again. I can understand an item being a day late but not an entire week!

Don't waste your time! They deny reviews of items purchased if they are not positive, and try to say it is because the review was about "customer service" - the following is a review I wrote that was denied: This dress arrived packaged in a ups envelope - when I opened it, the dress was folded, wrapped in tissue paper that looked like it had been used before. The dress had no tags on it, and the lining looked like it had been dry cleaned already. Some of the sequins appeared to be missing. The dress was much smaller than expected. I returned it - and will probably not order any more clothes from this site..

Have been ordering from a similar website for a long time and never had a problem with them. I tried overstock for the first time because they didn't have a shower curtain I liked on the other website. Overstock took my money out of my account when I made the order and then put it back. I spoke with their costumer service because I was confused and they told me they took it out just to make sure it was there and put it back and they will take it out again once my item has shipped. Okay, cool. Now 7 days of "processing" later (a whole different problem in itself. Take some pride in your company and don't sell items that take weeks to PROCESS) the money gets taken out of my account. So I think, great! My item has shipped! Nope. It hasn't. I figured the system might be slow so I waited two days. Still hasn't shipped. My first and last time ever shopping at overstock. I recommend shopping on their competitor sites instead
