Will never shop with this company again,they offer free shipping,but if you need to do a return as I did,you then find out it cost you almost what you paid for the item to return it.that's how they discourage you from doing returns,example of you paid $35.00 to return it will cost you about $22.00. AND THE QUALITY is poor, purchased the silk rug its very thin around the edge of the rug they don't allow enough material to cover you can see the seams,spent way too much for these pieces of junk.and it sheads,purchased a plush rug very well made at another store,and it was about $60.00 cheaper,and a couple inches larger.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I placed an order for an area rug and was told it would be shipped and delivered within 5 days. It is now the day before it is to arrive but it still hasn't shipped. Contacted overstock and was told someone would contact me in a day or two (really?). Within 5 minutes, my order was cancelled. When I contacted Overstock again, I was told it was cancelled because the item is no longer available but miraculously, 10 minutes later, it was again available. Customer Service was no help and only provided me with scripted responses. Their response was that I should just place the order again and hope it is available. That was my first order with Overstock and surely my last! Wish I read some of the negative reviews before I placed my order.

Zeer onaardig personeel. Klantenservice met zeer onaardig personeel. Klantenservice heeft geen telefoon nummer. Belgische hoofdvestiging. Beloven leveringstijden en kunnen die vervolgens niet waar maken. Brengen annuleringskosten in rekening, ook bij een koop op afstand. Verschuilen zich achter hun eigen regeltjes. Geldklopperij.

I ordered a daybed on overstock on November 3rd 2017, when I ordered it stated that the item would be shipped out and be at my house within the next week. I did online chat with customer service after the item was still "processing" after 5 days (November 8th 2017), and they said that it should be shipped out that day or the next. Once it still wasn't shipped out I again did an online chat with them on November 9th, and again they said that it should be shipped out but that they would check with their warehouse. I received a voicemail on the 10th around 11am stating that it would be shipped out on November 15th because they were out of stock on part of the bed. I called back around 12 in the afternoon to confirm that for 100% sure it would be shipped out then, and they reassured me that it would. Then around 4pm I got an email from Overstock stating that they cancelled my order. When I called back again to talk to a customer service representative she was short and just kept saying "Well it was our warehouse that cancelled the order there's nothing that I can do for you until Monday". I expressed my frustration and told her that I had been waiting for the bed to ship already and that it showed that it was in stock at the time of my purchase. I went ahead and ordered from a different company and will never order from Overstock.com again. Very unpleasant experience, and the customer service didn't even act like it was a big deal.

I ordered a headboard from overstock, and received a backpack. Seriously. I contacted them to let them know I had received a completely different item, and was asked if I looked in my box for the correct item. I was like, it’s a headboard, I’m certain I didn’t “miss” the headboard in the medium sized box. They asked me to wait a couple weeks to see if it was lost in shipping, then contact them back if it doesn’t show up. I waited. Then contacted them over the missing headboard. They asked why I waited so long to report it and claimed I never contacted them in the first place. Still no headboard 3 months later.

I ordered an item, they sent me the same wrong one 3 times. Won't buy from again. Customer service was inattentive.

Commandé un article depuis 2 mois avec soi-disant 12 à 27 jours pour l'envoi en France: jamais rien reçu. Le site ne répond pas aux mails et le ticket généré par un site lors de ma dernière réclamation ne donne pas de nouvelles non plus (réponse dans les 24h, ça fait 3 jours....).

I purchased two Safavieh wool rugs last September. The runner is in like new condition but the large one has developed several,areas where there is no yarn at all. They said since it was technically over a year ( by a few days ) they couldn't do anything for me. Clearly this rug was not manufactured properly. They offered me 12% off if I wanted to buy another one. Idiots. I will never buy anything from them again.
