Very bad experience with oversize items

Don't ever order from this company. I placed an order 12-10-2017 and they charged my credit card the same day. Got one email saying it was shipped on 12-15 and i still haven't received it and its 1-22-2018. No tracking information. I emailed them several times and no response. Now i can't even log into my account. I found a phone number and it is out of service.

Overstock is the worst delivery furniture option you can go with. I order in October 2017 a table and 6 chairs. My chairs arrived in December, the table on the other hand was supposed to be delivered in December. The delivery company called me and said they can't deliver due to damage on the table. I need to call overstock and request a new table. Which I did, after dealing with customer service for 2 weeks in order to get finally this processed and them sending a new one out. Was awfull! Constantly got told I will get contacted by the oversized item department, never happened etc. So January finally supposed to have my table delivered for the second round. Well, received a phone call again with the same statement, can't deliver your table due to being damaged. What... I was not going to do all this craziness from the previous months all over again. I told customer service I want my money back, and for them to pick up the matching chairs to that table I never got. At first they wanted me to pay $80 for them to pick up those chairs. No no no..I told them I need to talk to your manager, which I did. The manager helped and set everything up for no charge and my money back in full. I am still waiting on my money, due to waiting till they received all of their furniture, and than another 3-5 business days till it's reaching my bank if I am lucky. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never again.

SCAM!!!!! Bought a product took the money the same day and the item was never delivered. They will not answer any emails and have no contact information. They are thief!!!

total scam!!!! so mad and embarrassed that i ordered from this company. won't return emails and never received the product.

Total scam! they charge your card right away but you will never get a tracking number, receipt or anything you order! Stay Away!!!!

VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I PURCHASED A LAVA LAMP, EMAILED SUPPORT TEAM, ASKED FOR GREEN AND IF THEY DIDNT HAVE THAT ONE, PURPLE WOULD BE FINE. WHEN LAVA LAMP ARRIVED, IT WAS BLUE!!! THEM THEY GAVE ME RUN AROUND ONLINE AND VIA EMAIL!!! FINALLY, THEY STATED I COULD RETURN IT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AND SOME KIND OF RETURN FEE!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! POOR GRADE OF A BUSINESS!!! WAYFAIR IS BETTER!!!!
