Appears to be good merchandise. Wish the site had a save for later area.

Everything was fine, except there is only one pillow sham, the other cover for the pillow is nothing more than a pillow case and doesn't match. This is a Queen order.

Website has some issues. I wasn’t aware that Overstock and Bed Bath and Beyond are the same company so when I got a reply from BBB I ignored it. Lovely window panel, just wish it was larger.
Response from Overstock.comSep 14, 2026
We are very sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with your recent order and the confusion regarding its status. We have looked over your account and the window panel was marked as delivered on 09/10 via UPS.

The order came quick and was well packaged. I let it air out for 2 days and then just put it under my mattress. My only issue is that suddenly I started to feel some needle pinches through my clothes. The same as I've felt before when I've been in contact with fiberglass and wonder if there was any on the foam. Otherwise, the foam is holding firm.
Response from Overstock.comSep 11, 2026
We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear the order arrived quickly and was well-packaged, and that the foam is holding firm. I would have given my experience a five but the rug had a weird gasoline like smell. It has been twenty fours since we opened it and the smell has sort of dissipated or we just can't smell it. I pray there isn't some harmful chemicals on/ in the rug It's a beautiful rug.
Response from Overstock.comSep 11, 2026
We appreciate you sharing your experience with us and are glad to hear you find the rug beautiful. We understand your concern about the initial odor. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected].

My order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow and it has not shipped and I have no tracking correspondence ***update My order arrived a day later than expected. Although the tracking wasn't conveyed as desired...It was delivered conveniently to my front door. The product is beautiful and definitely met if not exceeded my expectations!!!
