Checked out as a guest and luckily i took a screenshot of the confirmation. I didn't receive any email confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. I had to contact them and it was so hard to get anyone. Their message system is ridiculous. I entered the order number and it was not a proper order number. "DO NOT CHECK OUT AS GUEST", there are bugs in their programming. Thank you for contacting Overstock, I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately I'm unable to pull up your account as the order number was the incorrect one, please provide the correct order number or the tracking number for the order so that I can verify and pull up your account and help you with the tracking information. Response received: Once again I'm really sorry for the confusion, please help me with the correct order number or the tracking number for the item so I can help you with the tracking details. If I can do anything else for you, please reply to this email and I will be happy to help. ---How do i give the right order number when that's all that i received?! I had to go to paypal and put up a dispute.

Ordered a Privacy screen. Received order confirmation and tracking #. The tracking info said label created, waiting for pickup for over a week. I called they said they would look into it. A few days later I received a message that the order was cancelled and they are processing a return. There was no explanation about the delay, yet they still advertise the item. They get one star for looking into the matter and another star for processing my refund...

Everything I’ve ever ordered from them comes with a musty smell like it was sitting around in someone’s moldy basement. Plus returning the items are not worth it when they only refund you about 25% of your money. It’s cheaper to just haul the item out to the trash.

I ordered a couch more than four weeks ago, the tracking link does not work and there is no way to speak to a human to find out when/if it will be delivered. The chat and text options just refer me back to the broken tracking link. I have used them often and never had an experience like this.

I bought a microwave for my mom and dad for Christmas. It arrived quickly and looked great. The receipt said it was refurbished. I went back to look at my original purchase and it did NOT say refurbished. Anyway, it worked great for four months, and then it just quit working. Manufacturer says they will only warranty it for 90 days. Tried to contact Overstock and you cannot reach them. Not by phone, not by chat, and the email process also will not send from the form on their website. Really sad that I spent $260 on a giant paperweight.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! We ordered a ceiling fixture, the piece itself is beautiful. BUT it did not come with its hardware. I called that day to customer service and they said they would send me replacement hardware. 1.5 weeks go by with nothing. Call customer service again, he said they couldn’t send the hardware. I was never notified they weren’t going to send anything. So he told me he was going to send me a whole replacement piece, and when I received the replacement piece, I only take the hardware out, and I have to return the other piece. Total inconvenience. And terrible service for never telling me they just weren’t going to send anything.

Vorige jaar in juli 2019 een alora aluminium loungeset gekocht... Kwam licht beschadigd toe...
