Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

ordered 2 metal dishracks. Products were incredibly small ,fragile, and useless. Return policy requires that i pay shipping cost although Overstock clearly did not pay such a high shipping cost to send to me. Very unsatisfied. Will never order another product from them.

Do not order from Overstock. I ordered a dog Crate with 2 day free shipping. Never received the item. It was shipped to the wrong place. When I contacted Overstock to ask about the free 2 day shipping they changed the ad for the item while I was speaking to them to reflect free shipping and said it didn’t qualify for free 2 day shipping. This company is a joke!

I ordered a projection movie screen from Overstock via their Ebay seller account. This item # 302681118737 was paid for the same day and more than a week later wasn’t even shipped! When I called to get info they told me it would take a day to get further info and that they weren't responsible for this problem. They would NOT give me a tracking number or expidite the shipping. I DO NOT recommend Overstock and strongly suggest YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I ordered a Dining Table and 4 chairs from Overstock and they all arrived damaged. I even contacted a carpenter who said he was unable to repair them. After having contacted the company 10 times and being fobbed off by 6 different agents, I have decided to avoid this company at all costs in the future. Their customer service is terrible and they show no sympathy with customers who are willing to give a little to sort the problem. I am out of pocket £1600, with a very unhappy wife, was a present for her birthday!! Shocked and saddened that a company like this is allowed to trade worldwide, causing so much misery. I only hope that their share price keeps falling like it has been doing. Robert Watson, Scotland, UK

On March 2,2018 bought a Fridgidaire dryer, they have my $ but I still haven't recvd dryer. This is ridiculous. The freight co. called me, set time to have it delivered, they never showed up after making appt. What kind of a company does this? Overstock.com your co. Is totally unreliable & your co. Are thieves & crooks. I demand my $ back or my attorney will be involved. I have been waiting on this dryer since March 2, 2018. Today is March 25, 2018. I have learned an expensive lesson. Concerned customer from Martinsville, Indiana. Finally... I was updated when I called Overstock.com. they said it was out for delivery with Estes Trucking, but they gave my product to another company to deliver it which was Aptus Delivery Service. Well they were the ones who set this up on March 24, 2018. They never called that day to let the person know that I had @ house between 10 am & 2 pm. They were not going to make it. Gets even better now. So on that Monday March 26, 2018 my boyfriend went to Aptus Delivery & picked it up. They NEVER delivered it. My Boyfriend brought it home. Overstock.com needs reliable trucking services to make their deliveries. Now after all this time I can now dry my clothes.

Complete junk. All of their stuff is seconds that has been damaged. I bought two desks and both had scratches and dents. I reported them to the customer service rep (Carter) and he offered a $15 refund. I literally spent hundreds of dollars with Overstock and I was offered $15. After I stopped laughing, I cancelled all orders with them. The poor quality of their merchandise is only surpassed by their customer service. Do not buy from this place.

Overstock is the worst. Do not order from them. They have the worst customer service. Paid for an item 3 times and they kept cancelling the order with no communication. Then wanted a picture of my drivers license. Shady!!@

Ordered 1 small thing in December for a Christmas. It is now March and they have not even claimed to have shipped yet. I have reached out to them directly for a return or at very least a status update with no response. I am now disputing over paypal and having it escalated to paypal directly for them to handle it. 100% do not recommended. 100% will never buy from them again.
