I am so fed up with this business. I ordered an entertainment center back in early July. I waited the 7 days for it to be shipped and the top piece came cracked in half. I went onto their website and submitted an online form to have the product returned...never heard a word. After not hearing back, I found a customer service number, which was strategically hidden in your website (not easy access) and spoke to Mark to was great told me he could ship me out just the top piece and I would have it within a few days. 6 days went by and no product; I call again this time was told it would be there by July 18, 19th at the latest and today July 20th still not product. I just called and the representative apologized 100 times but couldn't answer any of my questions as to where this product was or when they thought I could get it. I have no email to track the product because whoever processed the replacement item did not allow me access to see tracking! What a joke. Now I have to wait longer and have no idea when this thing is coming. I wish I could give this no stars.

DO NOT SHOP at Overstock; they cancelled an item I needed without asking me! And, by the way, Overstock.ca DOES NOT EXIST!!!! They pretend and then you have bad service from the USA! Their client service is clueless qand all they can tell you is I'm sorry! GO ELSEWHERE. Suzanne Maurice

Absolutely unethical! Tried to cancel an order less than 24 hours after placing. Customer service said they'd be "happy to cancel" my order. Then a few seconds later, tell me the system is down and they can't get into my account to do so and to contact them 15 minutes later. I contact them about 30 minutes later. Same story. Then, I immediately receive an email stating that it will take up to 10 days for my order to transmit to the warehouse and up to 4 weeks for a shipping company to contact me. I contact customer service again. They claim they try to cancel the order but the "warehouse" turns them down. They then say that when the mattress arrives in 4-6 weeks, I can return it and pay a 20% restocking fee! That's over $200 for a $1,000 mattress that cancelled!

TO AVOID! I'm french expatriated to Singapore. I placed an order for more than 1000$ requesting for delivery to Singapore. After three calls requesting why no confirmation mail has been sent, two days before the delivery due date, they just dropped me an email to tell me that there had been a system problem and my order has not been even sent to warehouse, even though the money has been withdrawn from my account!!!! No support or clear answer after that, no commercial discount VERY BAD SUPPORT SERVICE

Idiots they cancel my order because they think is fraud ,but they charge my card and i have to wait to get the money back. Dear valeriu, Thank you for shopping with Overstock.com. I bought a sofa cover that looks nothing like the item described or shown on Overstock website and they want to charge me $15 to return their defective merchandise. I guess I've learned my lesson that AMAZON is the only place to shop if you can't find it locally!

Dreadful fake “air conditioner”. Bears no resemblance to the advert which is clearly from a legitimate manufacturer to who’s website this firm direct you when you ask for instructions!! You’ll get a plastic bag with a loose cheap unit. No box no measuring cup no instructions and if you DARE to make a negative comment in their Facebook advert you’ll be blocked! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
