If you don't mind paying for something and then waiting a month to get it with ZERO communication than you should shop here. In this day with Amazon out there who in their right mind would run a company like this? HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a $900 patio set on October 3 and still have no tracking info. And the company is clueless about where it is! And when I tried to cancel they told me they'd have to charge me $147 for return shipping. I don't even have it yet! You can't make this up!

Service zeer slecht. Tafel gekocht in toonzaal en dan verwacht je dat je dezelfde of ongeveer dezelfde tafel thuis krijgt. Na drie andere tafels geleverd te hebben en met hen in discussie te gaan.. Komt het erop neer dat je de derde tafel best kunt nemen met een waardebon. Ze hebben echter al gunst twee keer gedaan door een andere tafel te brengen. Ondanks dat er putten en serieuze kleurverschillen in de tafels zitten. We hadden er ook nog een bestelling van een mat lopen. Deze mat zijn ze gisteren komen leveren.. Aan 1 zijkant zit een gele kleur. Terwijl dit licht van kleur is. Klantenservice trekt op niks en service van de winkels ook niet. Na boos naar de winkel te gaan en mat daar te laten, gaan ze woensdag contact met ons opnemen.. Zodat we ons geld terugkrijgen.. Nooit koop ik daar nog iets. Service trekt op niks en je krijgt andere items toegestuurd dan degene die jij besteld hebt. Er is altijd wel iets mis mee.

I bought a computer from a seller(Advanced Skyline Technology) on Overstock.com. The pc arrived on Saturday but when I turned it on the power button flashed red 4 times and the pc beeped 4 times. Nothing on the screen just the 4 flash/Beep pattern. I emailed the Seller on the same Saturday, no response 2 days later. So I emailed Overstock Customer Service and I get a reply how they take this seriously and they will get the Seller to contact me. 3 days after that and still no response from the Seller or Overstock's Customer Service. I put in for a return and was told I would have to wait for approval. Seriously? You send a pc that does not work and my return has to be approved. I would avoid Overstock and Advanced Skyline Technology at all cost. Clearly Overstock is not about the Customer Experience. Try Amazon, Best Buy, Target anything but Overstock.

Zeer slechte wicker kwaliteit van de tuinstoelen! Bij de klanten dienst geen begrip ,trek uw plan er mee.Nooit nog iets kopen bij overstock is de enige goede raad,men zegge het voort.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 rugs, received 1 and 1 got returned due to damage. Tried to find out about it, got the run around, finally another was shipped out. I had recently moved and wanted them to use my new address so what do they do? Send to my old one. Horrible communication. I would never shop with them again!

Een ster is zelfs teveel. Heel lang wachten op je spullen en de levering wordt 5 x verplaatst.

I bought my son a portable spa for his birthday. We are so proud of him. He made it through MEPS and signed up for the Marines leaving on graduation. He was so excited about this spa. Spent his whole morning clearing an area to put his spa. We opened the box to find it used! Yes USED! They put a new filter, hose, and underlayment on top but on lifting those out we found the motor was all scratched up where it was set on the ground! My poor son’s excitement shattered!

Nous avons reçu une table avec les pieds endommagés lors du transport et 8 jours après pas de nouvelles du service réclamations, pas de n° de téléphone prévu pour les joindre. Magasin impuissant face au service après vente, ils n'auraient pas de n° de téléphone pour les joindre non plus. Dernière commande dans cette enseigne en ce qui me concerne.
