Did not receive emails about shipping status. Table arrived in good condition and is as described. Seems sturdy. Other than communication everything was good.

Ordered 2 swivel counter chairs. I am extremely happy with them. Well made, very sturdy and exactly the color shown online. For quality I would give 5 stars. My issues are minor...once ordered, I had no updates on shipping info until I got notice the day they were arriving. The directions for assembly were a little vague at times. I am a single senior female. Once the first one was assembled though, the second was a snap.

The website and ordering process was great. The prices are great and free shipping is fantastic. I did get an order confirmation email but I did not get a tracking email until the day my product delivered. I had to try snd look on the website for order status and it said I had no orders. Maybe that was because I wasn't registered with an account. Overall, the product delivered as promised, we were very happy with the quality and packaging. Great experience altogether.

Overall happy with the product and delivery but frustrated by the links that don’t work. I got an email about my purchase being shipped but when I click on the link to track, it shows nothing and that I haven’t made any orders. Also the “start return” link doesn’t work. This is pretty pitiful for a company this large. Absolutely love the rug. Colors and quality are excellent. Didn’t experience the shedding that others wrote about.

First of all website is easy to use tou can see things or know about it very easily. The design I saw there was unique and was not like the other websites that it has any limited design. Watch which I saw was great the dial was great as well as the design, structure was good . So over all I will say that it was great experience

ordering was easy as was payment and shipping. Reasonable prices. The order came in 2 shipments but no where did I see that sated - I figured it out on my own but without that it would be 5 starts.
