Check the return policy !!!!!! After being hit with a huge return shipping cost, I will never use Overstock again. We ordered a 5’x8’ area rug from Overstock for around $140. It was shipped quickly, and was accurately described in the online listing. Unfortunately we did not like the color and initiated a return. The process was simple enough but the return shipping was extremely high … $47! I think they’re trying to recover the ‘free’ shipping of the item to us as well as the the return freight. Our bad that we didn’t check their return policy, which having done that now I see they could have charged even more! I could have handled the return shipping myself with UPS directly, but they had several warnings about how that could go wrong … take long, not be received, etc. … and didn’t want to take that chance. Having read so many bad reviews on this site about their terrible customer service, I think I made the right decision.

Good price but my furniture was suppose to deliver over a week ago and so far has missed two delivery attempts. They never even attempted to deliver. They said they ran out of time. They use cheap ass lowley rated freight services. I will never shop here again because there freight system is a joke. I called the freight company and overstock and neither one cared about the delivery of my furniture. I missed two days out of work to be here for delivery of my items and they didn't even show up. I could paid a couple hundred more and got it delivered by a more trusted furniture company. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst merchadise ever!@I ordered a vanity chair and they were all identical parts for the setup.Instructions listed two different set of legs...the set I got had FOUR identical legs..My second order involved a cocktail table which wad sent with NO hardware.I called the creator/company for the hardware.It was mailed to me this week. I am still waiting the shipment from Overstock so that I can review or use the table...Never again@@@

I liked overstock for years, lately it seems they have gotten too big and dont value the customer anymore. The "chat with us" function is a ridiculous joke, because asking for a simple update on an order kept me online for 35 min and still no result.... not "my cup of tea"...

They claim a lot but don't follow through. Don't offer return shipping for defective items. Granted they drop ship most of their stuff like other retailers now but there are too many other options now from when they first came on the scene. Prices can be competitive but you take your chances.

I order two different Givenchy perfumes on November 4th, 2020. I received one a few weeks late and the other as of today (January 14, 2021) I have not yet received. The tracking stopped on January 7th. Since then, nothing from Overstock. No more texts about order status, nothing. I "chatted" online and was "transferred" to "Brenda" I believe. But that whole process seemed completely automated. I do not believe there was a real human behind that conversation. I doubt I will ever receive that second perfume and may have to discuss with my credit card company a way of retrieving my money.

I placed an order for the counter stools from Strict and Bolton 317590437 was placed on Nov.24, 2020. then on the delivery date I got your package is out for delivery.(for each of the 4 packages) Its time to unbox as your packages are at your front door, but they were somewhere in Georgia, I m in Illinois! I calld costomer service and in essence was told tough for you here is the refund. IWANT THR STOOLS AT THE SAME PRICE AS SOON AS THEY ARE BACK IN STOCK . I THINK THAT THEY COULD FIRST BE MORE HELPFUL. The stools are now listed at a much highte price. I have ordered several products and have always had toe top service. All I want is for them to honor my order, and send them to Illinois this time

Prijs-kwaliteit niet de moeite. Onze eettafel zit al na een week(!) vol beschadigingen. We gebruiken hem 2 x per dag een half uur en hebben geen kinderen. Toch is dit voor hen normale slijtage. Volgens mij geraak je nooit door hun garantievoorwaarden heen. Bovendien hebben ze alles net niet op straat geleverd. Na aandringen tot voor de deur. Leuk als je twee zware kasten besteld hebt. Die je dan moet vastmaken aan de muur met twee haakjes. Alsof dat blijft hangen? Ik ga op zoek naar een andere meubelzaak. Het ziet er allemaal mooi uit, maar het is echt de moeite niet waard.
