DO NOT BUY OVERSIZED ITEMS HERE. Actually, don't buy anything. Their customer service is terrible, and their inability to address their own mistakes borders on the criminal. I should start by saying I have belonged to their membership club for 7 years, and in the last year this company has turned into a complete sham. I ordered a mattress and box-spring set from Overstock 3 months ago. It has since been delivered TWICE sliced down the middle. After 4 or 5 separate calls with their CS department, they advised me to pick a different mattress from their stock. I asked if I would be compensated for their failure to deliver an undamaged product for 2 months, and they told me that the compensation was that I could chose something else! I picked another mattress, but it didn't come with the box-spring, so I ordered one separate. The new box spring arrived with a fist sized hole in it. I refused delivery again, and asked for a refund, so I could buy a box-spring somewhere else before the mattress arrived. They said they could only refund me the difference between what I paid for the original mattress and the additional money I gave them when I ordered the new set. WHAT????? So now I have wildly overpaid for a mattress that I may never receive from them, and the completely rude CS department acts completely affronted when I expect to either receive goods in exchange for my money or expect my money back. If I could give negative stars I would.

In september 2017 kocht ik in de winkel te Lochristi 2 TALCA salontafels metaal zwart ter waarde van 599€. Laatst kuiste ik de tafels af( wat trouwens bijna dagelijks gebeurt) met een doekje besprenkelt met enkele druppeltjes water.Ineens kwam er op een plek de lak eraf en dit na nog geen 2 jaar, dus ik dacht nog net binnen de garantie. Onmiddellijk foto's genomen en naar de winkel gereden. De dame in kwestie vond dit inderdaad niet kunnen en zei me dat ik zo vlug mogelijk contact moest nemen met de klanten"service" online. Zo gezegd zo gedaan en er werd een dossier opgesteld. Na veel heen en weer gemail kwam het er uiteindelijk op aan dat ze het zeer spijtig vonden maar dat ze daar niets konden aan doen. Garantie niet van tel en veel blablabla. En als ik het hier allemaal zo lees zijn ze inderdaad niet goed bezig. In ieder geval bij mij was het de eerste en vooral laatste keer dat ik daar iets heb aangekocht en zal mijn ervaring met veel plezier rondvertellen. Dominique L.

Horrible delivery service. Items were to be here today. Now I'm being told it won't be until next week. Guess it's going to sit outside for two weeks till I return home. I will cancel my payment. I would NEVER order from here again.... #Iloveamazon

I agree with the worst experience ever comment! I paid for express shipping to get an item in time for construction and it was 4 days later than the stated time frame. I paid a large amount of money for shipping to get it when I needed it and NOTHING! When I asked for answers and a refund on my falsely advertised shipping- I got: Sorry, it may take another 3 days to prepare for shipping. Buyer beware- DO NOT PAY FOR FAST SHIPPING! It is falsely respresented and you will be left as disappointed as I am.

Worst experience ever. Parts missing from the box and overstock.com doesn’t seem to care if this issue ever gets handled. We received 2 of the 4 parts left out of the box after three weeks of countless emails to overstock.com with no response. Then we received an email from overstock stating that they are not sure that the other two parts will be sent because it has now over the time frame for replacement parts. It wouldn’t be outside of the time frame if overstock would’ve done their job in the first place. Joke of a company.

I’ve spent a lot of money here. Buying Wall Art has been a disaster. I recently received 3 items; all were way past the date they were supposed to be delivered (they were birthday gifts) and ALL THREE were damaged. It seems like the quality control is lacking, and communication . That’s it for me. Damaged and extremely late arriving items is not acceptable. Don’t tell me something will be shipped on a particular day, and literally weeks go by.

Beware. Ordered an item that showed a stock of three for several weeks while I followed the price. The next day my order was cancelled. I chatted with customer service and was told that they ran out of stock temporarily but that three items were in stock now so I should go ahead and reorder. The next day my order was cancelled again. I chatted with customer service again and all I got was preformulated mumbo jumbo. Everything at overstock.com is severely overpriced and everything that seems to be a deal doesn't exist and is just there to lure you in. All you get is frustration. Total waste of time. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a shag rug. It was described one way and looked nothing like the description or the picture. I was only offered a portion of the refund. Actually, I was offered less the half of what I paid for it. I will never order anything from Overstock.com again. I think it's an absolute rip off and makes shopping on line a horrible experience for all other merchants!
