They sold me a faulty product and then wanted me to give them more money and spend more money for a giant box in order to return it. I'll never spend another dime with these sleasebags.

Do not trust the reviews on Overstock.com. They are not posting negative reviews. I wrote a 1 star review for a ridiculous excuse for a lamp I got, and it was never posted. Easy to tell, because the mulberry lamp only has 2 reviews. { 5 star of course}. My review is listed under my "completed reviews" and I received a $2 dollar credit for it, but it is not viewable to prospective buyers. The Review: The lamp I received was inexcusably defective. It's not like there was an electrical defect that someone packing the product wouldn't notice... No. I received a lamp that the center of the purple glass is overhanging the metal base by an inch. You can see the centered glue circle where it was supposed to be adhered and that is definitely not where it is. The defect is obvious at a glance. I offered to send a picture, but Overstock is demanding I further inconvenience myself and send them the lamp back. I'm not one for returns in general and I am definitely not going to try to package something this big, breakable, and UNSELLABLE. The practice of making customers return unsellable items is predatory and sheerly used to discourage deserved refunds. This lamp was part of a larger $600 dollar order I placed and they still refused to make it right. They will never see another $1 from me. And obviously there is no quality control being done by the manufacturer or Overstock on this product. Pretty lamp, but you will regret it.

We purchased a $2300.00 engagement ring on Overstock. Within first couple weeks of owning the ring, I lost a diamond which Overstock instructed me to replace with a local jeweler and paid the cost. Since then, I have had to replace 3 more lost diamonds and have another missing! My local jeweler said the issue is “poor quality ring design” and this will just continue to happen. I called Overstock after receiving this explanation and the first representative just stopped responding on their help chat feature. I reached out by phone to customer service who told me “there is nothing they could do because it was beyond the return window.” I argued I would not expect a ring costing this much money would cost me hundreds of more dollars as stones continue to be lost and replaced. Very unhappy with this purchase!!!!

THE WORST EVER. I purchased a 4K watch on Overstock.com 10-4-19. It is 10-9-19 and the order has not even shipped yet even though today was the expected delivery day. I called customer service they said it could take ten days to even ship and then another six days for delivery. So I purchased a 5k dollar watch from them and they can’t even tell me when it will ship. They will not even let me pay them extra for faster shipping. How in the holy hell is this company still in business with this kind of service!!!! Update- it is 10-15-19 and the watch still hasn’t shipped. Overstock customer service says it could take til the 18th to ship and then 6 days to make it here. I paid for this item on the 4th. The lady on the phone said There is no way to speed it up and she would be happy to cancel it for me. What! You will lose a 4K sale over shipping speed?? So- if you are ok with waiting a month for what you ordered.. I will update when it comes in as the condition.. Update- it is the 22nd and the order still has not shipped. I called on the 20th and they said they would “escalate” the case with the warehouse and that it should have already shipped. Here it is 22nd. No info. It has not shipped.

Never Again. I don't know what's happened to my Old friend, Overstock.com but they have in recent months, excuse my language, gone to $#!+. I bought what I SAW as a large bookcase type unit with lots of room for framed pictures and collectables as well as office supplies and books. But no, I was terribly wrong. My husband assembled one of the two units we recieved last night and it turned out to be HALF the size of what was pictured. There was HARDLY ANY SPACE between the shelves and I barely was able to fit anything on it. I was livid, because this type of thing has been happening a lot lately. Another example is that my husbandbought a ring for me which was supposed to be rose gold with a Morganite and cz's. Nope! Turns my finger green and CLEARLY not Morganite! What makes it worse is that I have seen a lot of their "jewelry" on "WISH"! That is a website or app where you buy things from China. And what are they famous for selling? I'm sure I don't have to say it!!! FAKE STUFF!!!! Hubby could have bought the same ring for a dollar!!!!! So I texted customer service and of course they told me I should have looked up the measurements. I usually do. But only when I am concerned about something fitting. I had no conscious need to check the size this time. At least I didn't think I did!!! So anyway. No refund for me unless I want to either join club 'O' and pay 25.00 for that, or pay a huge shipping fee to ship the garbage back to them.

Bought a mirror that was supposed to have black fittings and hook The mirror turns up with bright blue gloss paint fittings.Total false advertising. Contacted customer service and they said that the picture I sent them of my mirrors fittings were indeed black and that I should give it time to darken ??? How a bright blue gloss painted fitting is going to darken to a Cast iron look black I do not know! If I want a refund they expect me to return it to the USA from Australia and pay the shipping, So false description and pictures online and when you get product it looks nothing like what you thought you were buying!! Stay away from this company !

Bad dishonest company. Do not buy electric or battery operated items. I'm stuck with a 250 dollars Della portable air unit. Fan shattered in my face after a few uses. They want u to pay for return. I'm disabled and don't drive. They said it was too late to return or replace (like I would want another broken unit). Thank God I had a neighbor (who is also disabled) lend me his extra air unit or I'd be in hospital without from hear stroke. Don't buy from them. Cheaply made items
