Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

Easy to order, good price and quick delivery.

I am happy with the chairs tho the cushions aren’t as good as i expected. I anticipate they’ll need to be replaced. I am also glad i hired someone to put them together. We had a few issues and some of the parts were not aligned as the should so the professional was able to fix those issues and assemble them .

Good quality product. But shipping info was confusing. Did not tell me that signature required on delivery. Luckily I was home at the time.

Great furniture quality, only delivery could have been more rapid.

Quick delivery. Was unable to track package as email link to delivery status didn’t show any data. Minor issue with furniture: wood color variance , but didn’t want to deal with return.

Exactly what I expected, perfectly priced. Although suggested two people to assemble, I assembled it myself.

Overstock was great. The instructions provided with the product, however, made assembly difficult. Some numbered parts were missing stickers, and the drawings were for the drawer runners were impossible to identify.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product I ordered (armchair), however, I was a bit put off when checking out and using the Labor Day discount code, as I watched the original price increase when entering the code. I ultimately removed the discount code. Just a warning to new customers to pay attention to the price before submitting your online order.
