Their trash period!!!!.....was going to buy from overstock but I decided to read the reviews first and WOW!!!!! they should’ve gone out of business the first day they opened up 😂😂!!!!!!!! there’s no reason why they have all these negative damn comments and not fix anything. I haven’t seen NOT ONE!!!!! Good comment. Welp!!!!...it was cool while it lasted of y’all being in business......SIKE!!!🙄 Y’all are some poor excuses for workers(only if you knew you was doing someone wrong) F** k you that’s sad smh . The company is actually lucky no one went up there to beat y'all's A** like y’all stole something,🤔if you think about it y’all actually did steal from y’alls customers Oh !!! If I could mark a negative I would! WORST company I have ever done online shopping with! HORRIBLE! They are "overstocked" because they are total CRAP and do false advertising! I ordered quote, "Superior Linen Insulated Thermal Blackout Grommet Curtain Panels" that are ANYTHING but "Blackout." I need blackout and upon asking about returning the panels this shady company wants over $30.00 in return mailing fees! They suck, falsely advertise, and make customers pay for their false advertising errors. I advise everyone to stay away from this company, and I will NEVER shop from Overstock again, and let EVERYONE I know exactly how shady they are!

Free return shipping-&charge 18 for shipping label...really common. I ordered a room privacy screen...when i got it...it was 2 ft tall...ugh

I ordered a kitchen island and spent more on one that had high ratings. It arrived in a box that was so heavy I could not move alone. As I was putting it together I noticed many manufacturing defects and flaws in the finish and stainless steel top. Overstock told me I could put it all back in the box (or boxes that I would have to weigh) and send back. Or they offered a $40 refund on a $270 defective item, that I would have to take apart, figure out how to box, weigh and send back to them. Shoddy product - poor customer service!

I am sorry I ordered from them. We ordered 50 cabinet handles for some standard cabinets. We opened them and discovered after opening one or two of them, that the screws didn't fit a standard cabinet. I returned at a cost of $23 shipping. Now they only refunded me one third of the cost of the handles. They are faulty cabinet hardware! I will delete their emails and order elsewhere. They say that the only way you get a full refund is if the package is unopened. How can you tell if the product is good without opening it?

Tuintafel gekocht bij jullie, ze kwam toe met brandplekken in het hout. Na contact klantendienst werden we uitgelachen en wij hadden geen recht op een retour. Na 1 zomer was de tafel van 600euro voor de vuilbak. De brandplekken in het hout kwam door de zon die door glazen op de tafel scheen. De tafel lijkt een combinatie van hout en composiet. Sommige plekken zijn wel een halve centimeter diep.Heel heel slechte kwaliteit, dikke afrader dus mensen weer slim genoeg en trap niet in de 50%korting BROL aanbiedingen!!!!! Zelf 1 ster is nog teveel ik zou liefst een dikke NUL geven.

Net een parasol met voet van !160 kg! “geleverd” door Overstock. De parasolvoet werd gewoon voor de deur neergesmeten ondanks dat we meermaals beleefd gevraagd hebben om hem aub even opzij te leggen en niet in het gangpad (appartement). Het antwoord was “Dat doen wij niet”. Eens maar nooit meer Overstock!

Order did not arrive. No customer service, no reply to my emails. Waste of money, caution.
