Long Bolts you sent were not correct. We had to purchase them at a store so we could put the loveseats together.

the only negative I have is that both orders did not come in the same day. I wasn't notified of this and emailed overstock but never received a response back.

Haven't received my order as yet. But in transit.

After I called the 800 number everything was great, but my online order had to be canceled because my address was incorrect after I put it in correctly a few times.

Product was as advertised and well packaged but boxes were kind of beat up. However product was undamaged.

The size 7 x 9 is perfect and the quality is good. It is less dense than I had hoped, but it is definitely serviceable and the price was absolutely great! Delivery was fast.

Ordering is always simple and delivery is usually fast. The only issue is the no return policy on designer items. Although always priced better than retail, prices are still high enough to expect to at least have the ability to exchange or return for credit the same as similar sites.

The dresser is beautiful and stylish. It is easy to assemble. The only issue is that the color is darker than in the online picture. I really love this piece of furniture for our bedroom.
