Took five days to ship item. Different from estimate at checkout. Come on, guys, even small sellers can ship next day. Get your act together.

There products are OK while their prices are out of there. The same item you can get from them u can get 10 times cheaper from someone else! Look at other stores before u buy from them.

I gave it three stars because I really liked the product that I ordered from overstock.com, but the item was delivered damaged and I literally had to run from post to post after submitting my request for a replacement. The communication was broken and there is no ownership from Overstock.com to resolve the issue and you are being left at the mercy of the vendor to get a resolution. I should have listened to some of the recent reviews of this vendor from other customers regarding the product quality and shipment issues.

I'm very frustrated with Overstock. I'm a new customer to Overstock and ordered a mattress foam pad & an air conditioner on 6/28 & 6/29. I got two different texts saying "good news its shipping early". Well I've been watching my Fedex tracking information and the vendor simply sent the information to Fedex but the actual packages have not made it into the actual tracking system...so the physical item has never been shipped. Its coming from CA to WA state which takes 3 days on usual shipment. Its still pending out of California. The person who text me about the first package promised to look into it. I honestly think they don't realize that some people understand what the tracking information states (such as physical item hasn't been sent). I find this horrible customer relations. I understand that they have different vendors but don't advertise a shipping date if you cannot make your end of promise. False advertising should be a reason to be able to cancel order but they refuse to allow me to do so. If this is not straightened out by end of week I will contact my bank about the charges.

J'ai bien reçu mon meuble dans les temps, les transporteurs sont très désagréables et pas du tout professionnelles, ils donnent mauvaises impressions. Overstock augmentent ses prix pour faire semblant de les diminuer, ils font cela pratiquement tous les 2 mois. Un mois après avoir acheté mon meuble celui-ci était affiché avec un prix plus élevé mais avec une plus grosse remise. Ce sont des arnaqueurs, aujourd'hui mon meuble acheté à 1499€ est à 1699€ soit une augmentation de 200€.

I had 5 big boxes delivered from overstock on 11/30/20 around 2:45 pm ,the driver throughout my heavy boxes front of main front gate , blocking the H. way , so i was going to talk to him to help me to get it in ( i am 64 years old ) and i will tip him good. he did not give me a chance to talk! he ignored me and runaway without even one word with bad attitude ! just imagine how I use to feel in this situation! nobody around, i am old man with 5 big heavy boxes blocking the main gate of the building ? the agreement with overstock was free delivery to my address which is include unit number of the building not front of the front main gate.

I have ordered $1,000 of dollars from them. Shipping and orders have gone well. But in the fact that they do not have auto pay is crazy. I have actually stop using them because of this.

I don't expect them to know everything about every product they sell as a 3rd party seller. However there're some products that aren't the best and some that are really great. I think overall there should be a assembly video or legitimate instructions for items that need it. It's annoying when you get a product and then they aren't any instructions, just pictures that don't really make sense. But I guess that's part of the trade.
