The representative was very nice, but your overall system is TERRIBLE! I couldn't look up my orders on line. It kept telling me I hadn't placed an order. I had to use the phone system and wasn't able to talk to a rep to get the status either. Automated messages saying nothing more than sorry for the delay is really not helpful. I got no updates for DAYS and then the order was canceled 2 days after it was supposed to have arrived. I have a remodeling job sitting on hold for a week when we thought you were shipping them all because your system failed!!

Terrible experience with delivery! Delayed five times, finally came box damaged, tried put chairs together missing support bars! Paid $412 for chairs, regret buying them here! Now out $ and tried get parts to finish putting together! Dealing with customer service terrible! No chairs still don’t buy from here!!!

You canceled the order on me for some ridiculous reason so I wound up shopping on Wayfair!!!

Rug was folded and not the quality that was represented.

The item that I purchased was not represented as it was in the picture. The item color that arrived was much darker than it showed on your website. I would have returned it, but the option for return shipping was shocking to say the least I paid $40 for a very small item and to return it. I was advised that I would have to use your return shipping label which was for $20 and one cent. In addition to that if I did not use your return shipping option I would not be guaranteed a refund. In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered such a policy as yours. I will never purchase a single item from any Beyond retailer in the future. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

First, one of my pieces did not arrive. Second, the one that did (a carpet pad) had been sent in a very flimsy plastic wrap, like cellophane. Not surprisingly, it had ripped to shreds by the time it was delivered. It was basically left unwrapped at the top of the driveway. I am so glad it was not raining. I suspect the one that was not delivered couldn’t be delivered because the packaging had shredded and they couldn’t identify where it was supposed to go. I called yesterday to get a replacement. I am still waiting for confirmation that it is on the way.

I still haven't received my package....

This is the slowest shipping. I have seen from a company in a long time. Definitely will rethink ordering from overstock in the future.
