i have to admit that i am absolutely disappointed by the service and the lack of communication with this shop - pre-paid my order and then begin to wait and wait and wait and still do not have my chairs. Do not buy from overstock garden!!!

Better look twice at what you order. If you make a genuine, human error in your order, they refuse to cover the cost to ship the item back to them.

I ordered something on April 15... Still not shipped and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone living to talk too. No one will answer the phone or emails to cancel my order and refund and you can't cancel it online. They are holding my money hostage. I have to get the BBB involved. Next step will be my credit card company. Buyer beware. Horrible company..

I ordered a sample of a 2X2 foot dropped ceiling (package of 12) for $4.67. I expected a 2X2 foot sample as the entire ad indicated (even the checkout) that it was 2X2. Upon receipt, I got an approximately 6"x"6" sample. Not enough to make any determination as to whether it was suitable for my space. I attempted to return the item, but OVERSTOCK was going to charge me in excess of $12.00 to print a label. Needless to say, I will eat the $4.67 but will never deal with this scam company again. I wish I had checked the reviews prior to dealing with them. I contacted Overstock upon receipt of this order. Received an auto email that they would get back to me in 3-4 business days. About three weeks later, yet to hear from Overstock or the manufacturer.

Nooit meer Overstock Een driezit tuinmeubel en een bijhorende koffietafel/verlenging besteld (dus 2 delen). Driezit na 2 weken nog niet geleverd (alhoewel hij zou aangeboden zijn ???), de koerierdienst Dynologic in opdracht van bpost weet ondertussen zelfs niet meer waar het pakket zich bevindt. Tweede deel (tafel/verlenging) werd zwaar beschadigd geleverd door een koerier die gewoon binnen gooide en direct weer weg was : glasplaat in duizend stukjes, reactie van Overstock : wanneer de Corona-periode voorbij is kan u zelf een nieuwe gaan halen bij de dichtste winkel (wel gratis ???). Ik ben in ieder geval van plan alles terug te sturen en mijn geld terug te eisen (of het ooit zal lukken is een andere vraag).

Ordered 2 Legere Server in grey. 1 was used. Glass door was split. Doors have big caps you can see what is stored inside. 1 door will close the other moves inside. The 2nd cabinet has a small hole on the top. Also the doors don't close probably. My husband is a builder so it was not us putting them together. Very poor quality. Door handles you need to drill holes get them installed. Not even 1 Star.

SO BAD. Do not purchase from overstock. Your product will say delivered and never get to you. Then you will try to get a refund and you will not be able to get ahold of anyone on phone, through chat, or email. The customer service is so bad, they make it seem like they are ignoring you. Worst experience amd sad bc they are such a large company you would think it would be better run.

Misleading information on the website allows you to buy items without making you aware that they are not returnable. Customer service is trained to make you go away and they lie when you call them out on it. BBB is absolutely useless and allow these large companies to get away with scamming their customers out of their money. Target or Walmart are a safer bet in my opinion.
