I have been trying to contact the Customer Service for a week now. Finally, today I get someone to text me. I do not know this person's name, as they did not give it to me. My issue with an item that was supposed to be delivered last week, (I had talked to the shipping company and set an appointment). Since then I have been on the phone with the shipping company and was informed that it was lost. I tried to get the person whom I was texting at Overstock to help me with a refund, and this is the reply I get "I get it, that is in my notes". And, that was the last I heard from that person. I still do not know where if I am going to get my refund of over $400 or not. This is a very poorly run business!

I placed my order over two weeks ago, item showing in stock. I took in stride with understanding the current COVID-19 restrictions that it may take a little longer to ship my item. No problem. Order showed as processed, waiting to ship. The day before it is originally scheduled to deliver they send a message that the item is not in stock. They had two weeks to figure that out. If their systems are that poorly managed then how in the world can you trust anything about their business? Don't waste your time. Clearly a poorly managed business and environments such as this expose their shortcomings.

This grey curtain, I purchased from Overstock, which was the darkest of the all the options. was really light. The picture was not correct. I go to return the package, and they want to charge me $20 to return. I haven't affiliated with Overstock too much.. But I'm surprised of how horrible their return policy is compared to their competition. I will not be shopping at Overstock again. Online shopping needs to be flexible and understanding of you wanting to get the right product. And overstock is not one of them. Hopefully Amazon buys them out soon.

Ordered a papasan chair April 21st. Was trying to get a tracking number as website said between May 1 and May 7. Low and behold they now tell me 6 weeks. What??? They also tried to tell me it was a custom order. Uh, no, website, with screenshots, shows several available. This is fraud. I'll be disputing with credit card, with screenshots and text messages. Do not ever give them your money, that's all it amounts too, giving your money away.

They are unable to handle whatever they are attempting they advised me that my order wound not arrive in a month or more. I was told I could cancel but cannot get through to them by phone or text. I sent 8 specific texts with dates and order number asking for cancellation and refund. They answered with smart mouth comments. I just cannot believe this is how they wish to be perceived. I will never order from them again.

I don’t know how Overstock is under normal conditions - but they are not able to respond to customer issues in this environment. They sent me the wrong product (mattress frame) and I am not able to contact them to make it right. I realize now this may not have been the best time to be ordering non-essentials, but it appears Overstock should not be offering their services, as they are not able to provide follow up support

I ordered1 mattress they sent me 2 when I try to return it they said I haven't order nothing. Cannot chat with costumer service, don't even answer call

After a four hour wait, I sent In Photos of the damaged merchandise . Their response was oh you had buyers remorse. The item was clearly a factory defect. I didn’t appreciate the condescending attitude of the customer service representative. They finally okd the return with a full refund. Don’t know if I will purchase again from them.
