Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

Great website terrible service. An example is a misrepresentation of a dog toy . This toy had no removable parts nor was it way to clean . False advertising I hope they fix. Item # 33460058 Feature: 1.Made from high-quality TPR, these toys are non-toxic, tasteless and safe. 2.It can control the dog's eating speed, for dogs to eat while playing and exercising. 3.It is easy to clean with removable parts. Just wash and dry it. 4.It will bring the enjoyable experience for your pet and promote chewing and eating.

Ordered a metal top gazebo didnt recieve the whole top nothing according to overstock everything was delivered no true then they said roof was shipped separately and would arrive in two days STILL WAITING they also didnt provide a tracking number for the roof shipment NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered a pair of chairs that were shown as a "special" at an incredible savings, I was then charged regular price and received a single chair that was similar but not the pair that I ordered. Are these people for real, DO NOT SHOP HERE. To add injury they charge a $27 restocking fee.

I ordered a desk and their supposed cancellation policy is two hours. Within two hours I decided to cancel the order but when I tried, the cancellation button was not available so I couldn’t cancel it. Customer service was already gone for the day. Next morning I texted them, which by the way is strange and was told it was too late to cancel because I didn’t do it in time. I asked why but didn’t get a good answer. I asked how much to return it and it was $69! I was told then that I could purchase the club O and then shipping returns is free. Nice that they tried selling me something when I’m trying to return. I asked about refund and was told that it would be in store credit even though their return policy is refund to original form of payment. I am upset by this and told them so and they basically said there was nothing they could do. I do not want $175 worth of store credit. If I ship something back unused and unopened, I don’t know why I can’t get my money back. Once you order, beware as you can never change your mind. Whatever you spend is theirs forever. It’s impossible to speak with anyone and the hold times for a chat are ridiculous and they don’t read what you’re writing anyway. Why are they still operating during Covid-19 if they cannot even handle the slightest issue?

I would give it zero stars if I could. We ordered an item labeled “queen bed with optional drawers” and a photo of a bed. What came was 2 drawers and no bed. I called Overstock and they said they aren’t taking phone calls right now. They said to text or email. I did both, repeatedly. No response from either text or email. So I went to the app to process a return-I have a child who needs a bed and now all I have is two drawers and No bed so clearly this isn’t going to work. They are charging me $40 to return the drawers. At this point I wouldn’t use Overstock if somebody paid me.

These people took over a hundred and fifty dollars from me and never delivered my bed, nor did they reach out to me for any explaination as to why they didn't ship my item, the answer I recieved via automated system is that it's being processed....nobody wants to talk to a machine when they take your money...I can't reach anyone via phone...and text is automated and they tell me that I have four hours to wait for a response...bull when they didn't have to wait that long for me to spend my money!!!! All of these online companies are using COVID 19 as an excuse to take money from consumers and not deliver products!!!!!
