Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

Terrible return policy. Tried to return an item they are charging $33 for a shipping lable. I only paid $80 for the item. This is my first and last experience with Overstock. Wish I had read the reviews before. There are too many websites to order what you need to deal with this company.

If I could I would give them zero stars!! I placed a order on May 14th and my item has yet shipped. And every time I’ve called/texted them I get a different response every time!! I’ve been told my order would ship in ten business days. Then after the ten business days was up, I’m being told 4-6 weeks to ship then I could take 2 weeks once it ships. I spent $2000 on a swing set for my daughter and can’t get a answer on where my item is or what’s going on! They said on April 27th they would contact there heavy department to see what’s going on. And they said 2 business days to get a response. And shocker, still no response!!! If I ever get this swing set, I’ll never ever order from this sorry company ever again. There customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with!!!! May 27, 2020 Six weeks today. And still no shipping update on my order. And no one can tell me anything. As usual. They just keep telling me someone will contact me in 1-2 business days. Which no one ever does. I don’t think it’s to much to figure out where my $2,000 swing set is. But apparently that’s to hard. May 28, 2020 It finally shipped!!! It says it will be here around Thursday (4th).

J'ai fait une commande au mois de mars et je n'ai aucun retour sur la commande. Très difficile d'avoir quelqu'un de sérieux en ligne. Évitez overstock

I ordered an expensive couch on April 23, 2019. My daughter in law had one which I loved so I ordered it from Overstock.com. The cushions immediately were very spongy and would show your "butt print" when you stood up. But, I went with it, turning the cushions over every few days. About 11 months after getting the couch, I noticed one of the cushion covers opened at the back and when I tried to zip it back up, the zipper came off in my hand. I contacted Overstock about this problem and I even sent pictures. I was treated very rudely by the staff--they said I should have bought a warranty otherwise, they couldn't help me. WHO BUYS A WARRANTY FOR A COUCH??? I tried to contact them many times to plead my case but after the COVID-19 happened, the message said customer service agents were working from home and could only receive texts or emails. Don.t phones work at these people's homes??? I tried all of the above and they just basically blew me off. I will never order from this fraudulent company ever again since they don't stand behind their products. There is no Customer Care at Overstock.com.

I’m highly dissapointed! I ordered a mattress from them April 20th. Says shipped ok 4/23. Has not left the building so I assume it’s from covid. Can’t get through to customer service. Tried the texting. Have been in 4 full days of back to back 4 hour wait times. I spent 439.00 on a mattress and it’s not moved from warehouses it’s sitting in limbo. Can’t get a refund. Can’t get any information about anything. I will never buy from them again I should have stuck with amazon. They says overstock emoloyees are working from home. I they are not!! Nobody is working on that company.

I ordered a canvas painting from overstock.com, after taking 3 weeks to deliver it was the wrong painting. I have being trying to contact them for about a week now on how to get a replacement or return and I have not heard from them. I keep getting the run around through text message. I hate to write a bad review, bit I'm giving them 3 days before I report them to the BBB. This is ridiculous.

Thank you for letting me know fellas, I almost spent $2,000 for outdoor furniture..... then i read the comments" WOW " thank you guys, thank God I didn't order.
