Order shipped from England, so it had a great distance to travel before delivery in California, plus the cardboard shipping box was handled by many hands and a variety of carriers. Item packed very securely, well cushioned with bubble pack wrapping. Shipping box crushed on one corner during transit but remained secure and as the item was well insulated with several layers of bubble pack plus "void fillers" for the remaining empty space keeping the enclosed item stationary within the cardboard shipping box.

I received my PKG quickly! Very easy doing business with Overstock. I can't say anything about my purchase because I have to get the right help to put it together and attach to the wall and then moulding, etc. so that will come soon I hope but so far so good!

Once I knew the sizes and shape I was looking. It was quick deciding and ordering was easy and they came exactly when they said they would and they are great outdoor pillows. Think and comfy!
