Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

Ordered 5-11 account says it would be delivered May 23. I texted bcz they are using covid as an excuse not to answer phones 🙄 every day I text every day I get a different answer completely incompetent & they are liars. Don't order from them I've spent hours trying to resolve this.

I have an account with overstock have had for 4 years had their credit card even. I can pull it up online and see every order ive placed with them. I ordered a couch $3100! I bought the guard package- now that i have claim - the guard company cant find my account - i have the receipt in front if me - they said i have to talk to overstock but guess what overstock wont talk to anyone. So im SOL. Never buy the protection plan amd never buy overstock!

I have often ordered from Overstock in the past and found their prices to be comparable. Understandably with the pandemic, to a point..but my last few orders- either the item is no longer available ( 6 week+ since order was placed) Or the expected delivery dates, when you place your order is delayed by weeks and months. So if youŕe ordering from them and hope to have it by a certain time, lots of luck! Itś not happening! :( ( ** I ordered the items from 2 different companies on 2 different occasions..and received the items in a week! ( so Iḿ bot sure what Overstockś problem is(????)

Like so many others. I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase. I placed an order on 4/29/20. Email from Overstock gave delivery date of 5/14/20. My credit card was charged on 05/06/20. Order is now waiting for delivery update. UPS tracking says package is not ready for pickup. Looking item up on the website now shows out of stock. Can't get anywhere with Overstock because there is no response to my texts. Like many others I will never use them again and will advise everyone I know not to use them either.

I ordered from Overstock.ca thinking my order would be full-filled from Canada. Wrong. Order was shipped from US. I ordered on May 8th. It's now May 25th. The Fedex tracking number says it was delivered and signed for by "Stewart" in NY. Overstock says it's been delayed. You cannot contact them at all. I did a customer service ticket on the 15th. It said it would take 4-5 business days to get back to me. It's been ten days. I tried to call. They won't answer the phone. I tried text. They are too busy to text and how about our "Virtual Assistant help you?" Useless except for easy pre-programmed answers. I will never, NEVER deal with them again. If I ever see the carpet runner I purchased I'll probably hate it because it will remind me of all the stress worrying that I threw a way $200. (Because how will I get my money back if they refuse to email, text, or talk?) Hi-way robbers.
