I just received a large TV stand from Overstock. Their delivery person could easily see that the box was damaged and he still just leaned it against the wall and left. It was so heavy that I could hardly move it. When I finally got in the the apartment and open, the second piece out of the box was broken. I contacted Overstock and they informed me that they would have it picked up in 2 to 5 days!! I told them that this level of service was totally unacceptable and I would place the item out in the hallway just as their driver had done and if it was still there when they got around to picking it up so be it if not it's their loss!! If that delivery method is good enough for the customer then it must be good enough for them.

Wish I could give a zero rating. They won’t answer phones due to CoVid. You can contact with email or chat, but then get quickly put into an automated system that is a vicious circle. No exceptions for customers to get items returned late due to CoVid, but they expect us to give them exceptions. I would not use this company at this time. Wayfair is doing a tremendous job, answering phones, resolving issues, product being shipped, answering questions, things delivered as promised, etc. DO NOT USE OVERSTOCK until they get customer service back!!

These people just don't care about good customer service.This was my first ever transaction thru Overstock, after ordering on May 4th "in stock" they flood your email with spam. Then the sent the wrong items, (sent me 4 ugly pillows with flowers on them) then I returned for what I originally ordered then they were out of stock, then you have to wait until they get there mistake back before you get your money back, whole process takes about one month and you still dont have what you ordered. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

I ordered and paid for two mattresses to be shipped to Canada, and received one. The site is completely unhelpful, as the chat AI can't answer any questions and only diverts you to the limited information available. My order is listed as "delayed" without an explanation. Tracking info "waiting for update". This has been 2+ weeks now, since receiving my first mattress, and 1 month since ordering both mattresses, in the same order. I've attempted multiple times to communicate with international support, without any response. There is no phone number for international support, that chat does not function, text is for USA, and email appears to be ignored. I have made alternative arrangments with another company, and am confident I will receive my product from them. I have requested a refund, but I am not confident that this company will ever get back to me with an answer. I will stongly reconsider ever using this site to purchase any products after this issue.

I applied a coupon at check out. Order was placed and everything was good and next day they message me telling we are not able to process your order as we lacked necessary information. I mean I check all the details in the order and everything was good. They are just thugs and have never returned my money till date. Never gonna trust this website.

Do not use Overstock!!!! Scam!! Bad!! Never will I use them again!! They charged my credit card $73 over a month ago & it still states that my product is at “warehouse processing“? There is no number to call...I emailed them & they answered me saying they they are sending my rug right out. I am still waiting. There is no correspondence whatsoever.

Bait and switch. Total in my cart when I checked out was 281. When I got back to the main page I was billed 313. Canceled my order and now my PayPal money shows as pending. Cannot talk to a live person, and PayPal says they cannot do anything for 30 days

Ordered 4 kitchen rugs through Walmart Marketplace, they were too small. Called Overstock, customer service said to go to Walmart. Walmart said I had to return to Overstock. Called, email 3x finally got a return email asking for my reason first. That was another go around, no response, no return labels sent as I requested. On top of that, the reason apparently determines if I pay for shipping $22.00 on a $77.00 purchase. Communication terrible. Don't ever order from Overstock. Does not compare to Amazon.
