koop er een tuinset van 700euro leveren ze dit helemaal afgeschenen komen ze met een waardebon van 100euro vergeet het slechte firma koop hier nooit !!!

Bij het bestellen van een tuinset beloofden ze dat het binnen zou komen zonder vertraging, we moesten ook onmiddellijk betalen. Van zodra we de factuur per mail kregen was de lever datum van de set vertraagd van 1,5 maand ! Zonder uitleg of reden. Verder wouden ze ons niet helpen, geen oplossingen aangeboden of een compensatie aangeboden. Ik stelde zelf voor om eventueel een kleine korting te krijgen op een ligzetel zodat ik deze zou aankopen tijdens het wachten op onze set, maar helaas ze konden niets doen! Helemaal niet klantvriendelijk, niet eerlijk. De bestelling is geannuleerd, overstock voor ons nooit meer :)

I have purchased several item from Overstock in the past couple of years with no issues. Unfortunately this last time we did have a problem. We have discovered that they have poor service after the sale. Purchased an item that showed delivered but did not arrive. When talking to Overstock personal they stated that it was from one of there vendors so we would have to deal with them. Time will tell if they step up and do the right thing, but we seriously doubt it based on our first contact. There is a reason Amazon does so well. When you contact Amazon with a problem it is fixed right away with no hassle. It is all about after the sale service which Overstock is lacking. We will not purchase from Overstock again.

Never again, bought furniture from these guys that was listed as leather, but it was actually cheap vinyl. When I contacted them they said it was from one of the market partners and to deal with them. Sure enough the partner socked me with a 20% restocking fee and made me pay the return shipping which was $130! Have a case open with the Better Business Bureau now but overstock is claiming i should have read the fine print about their partners and the return policy. These guys are a total crooks, the furniture is garbage, no wonder their stock price is in the gutter, I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering from them. Don't be taken in by their slick website and ads go to Wayfair instead they are more honest than the criminals at Overstock.

The worst customer support! On May 18 my card charged $760 for cabinet. Still no shipping or tracking information. I have spent the last week trying to get a resolution. Email no return answer, just stop texting, call has been dropped. So tired of this. Overstock is getting a boom to business now. But continue to treat customers like this you will be back where you were.

Opgepast voor Overstock Garden Bij aankoop van items in de winkel moet je een voorschot storten van 33%. Na het betalen van voorschot wordt er verteld dat resterende bedrag 14 DAGEN voor levering betaald moet zijn. Als gevolg speelt de klant bank voor Overstock die wel de verkoopcommissie op zak steekt terwijl ze zelf geen euro moeten uitgeven. Maffiapraktijken!!

Een tuinset online besteld. Bij levering blijken 3 van de 8 stoelen beschadigd te zijn. Eerst was er van omruiling geen sprake. Ze gingen me staalwol en een spuitbus verf opsturen zodat ik dit zelf kan repareren en een tegoedbon van 25€. Toen duidelijk werd dat ik dit weigerde toch een omruiling en wat bleek opnieuw 3 beschadigde stoelen die bovendien vies en vol stof waren. Opnieuw dus omruiling gevraagd en ook een financiële tegemoetkoming. Ze antwoorden nu steeds later en later op vragen. Na tijdje toch een omruiling maar pas over 6 weken. De vraag tot tegemoetkoming wordt eerst genegeerd en daarna afgewezen. Tot ... ik test aankoop inschakelde: nog dezelfde dag was een tegemoetkoming mogelijk en zelfs niet in de vorm van een tegoedbon maar op de rekening. Nu hopen dat ik midden juli eindelijk alle stoelen zal hebben.

Never received email with tracking information. Paid almost $35 for shipping and never told package is sent with multiple carriers. Overstock account indicated it was shipped with UPS and website said delivered to an unknown location on March 29th but account still shows In Transit in one place & estimated delivery June 2nd in another which has already passed. Spoke with several agents for updates and a case # was opened; was supposed to receive email from their International department on the same day, 7 days later still no package and no response from anyone. Last agent I spoke with was rude and not helpful at all leading me to file a complaint which still has not been addressed. They say they have a dedicated team just for us and their International Customer Care team can be reached by utilizing one of the contact options. Clicking the link just takes you in circles. You cannot actually speak with someone in the International Department but yet they say they are available 24/7 but response time 3-5 days??? Overstock.com is highly unprofessional and not only was this was my first purchase with them, it is my last. Worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with and this should not happen during the best of times but especially during a pandemic.
