Switch and Bait! Using Google Shopping saw an outdoor sectional with a "Price Drop" all I had to do was add to cart and price would be reflected. Didn't work of course! Spent hours on the phone and in a Chat with them and to get an "oh well" attitude all way up through supervisors. While doing this added a different piece of furniture that also had a "price drop yet cart showed regular price. Be oh so careful with them they play games!

Very disappointed with overstock. Did not provide needed screws and accessories for a dog cage that cost over 150.00. They still have not provided the screws and accessories or a refund. I should have learned when the lounger I purchased as leather started peeling. Please do not buy overstock.

I purchased a ceiling fan that stated "Blades Required". Right underneath this the ad said to make the blade selection upon putting the item in my cart - which I did. There were no blades for this fan. When I called Overstock, they would not stand behind something that they were selling. They insisted that the product stated that blades were not included. The ad never stated 'not included' just that I needed to select the blades (44" or 52"). I did call the company that sold the fan (Build), and they stood behind their product. They are sending me blades at no charge because the ad was misleading. I suggest if a product is sold from another company to go directly to that company - not through Overstock.

Ondermaatse klantenservice. Dubieus prijzenbeleid.

I just wanted to tell you how awful I think the business practices of this company are. The situation, I ordered a outdoor patio set on May 26 for almost $2000. The money is charged to my credit card May 28 which happened to be my ending period. I follow up after 10 days of the order saying processed and they say all is good and should be shipped by day 14. I look at my account on Day 14 (yesterday) and it says cancelled but I was never advised of that. I chat with the company and they say it is out of stock. Now it has been over 2 weeks and everything is out of stock everywhere and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get money back. I also do not understand how you can take my money when you did not have the product and now I am out of luck because everywhere is. Seems like a BBB issue- take money and hold it for weeks when you don't even have the product in stock. ☹

I ordered a full bedroom set from ovestock. Still waiting, then I'm told by email that they don't think they will be able to ship the order. I already have the chest of drawers, what do I do with that item? There is no customer service phone number. Every company has its day and Overstock's day has passed. It's not worth the hasel to order anything from this company. Oh by the way they have an out of control advertising program, I had to unscribe to stop sales pitches. They never stop sending sales pitches. maybe they should move those sales people to delivery of the prodacts.

Do I have to give one star???? I wouldn't even bother ordering from the quack of a company. Our order was delayed for shipping numerous times. The day they finally were supposed to deliver, I got a call the morning of saying they had to cancel the entire routed due to mechanical problems with the shipping truck. If a multi million dollar company can't do any better than this... BYE! Now with this STUPID COVID crap... you can't even get anyone on the phone to talk to. This company should be one of the ones' that do not recover from this garbage perpetrated on the American consumer. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Read the other reviews before deciding.

Shipment has been delayed three times already and counting. They call you to reschedule over the phone with a recording straight from a horror movie and none of the options they tell you to press actually work. Why am I asked to set a delivery day and time when it is never followed? I would rather they give me an estimate on the closest possible delivery. There is no perceivable way to get in touch with a customer service representative. This better be the goddamn comfiest couch I've ever sat on. I'll never shop Overstock again.
