Absolute sham of a customer service department. Received a shipment from them that was complete garbage / in no shape to assemble. Was told I would be on hold for 3 mins for customer service -> sit on the phone for an hour before I get somebody on the line that then kept me on the phone for another hour going in a loop of 'i need to put you on hold' only to come back with the same, unacceptable, solution as before. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM OVERSTOCK AGAIN!!!!

De wicker van onze loungeset begon na 6 jaar al te breken, geen fraai zicht. Zeker voor een loungeset van deze prijsklasse. De loungeset heeft altijd tijdens de winter droog in de garage gestaan. De uitleg van Overstock is dat deze wicker, onder invloed van UV-straling, hard kan worden en breken. Maw: Overstock vindt dit allemaal normaal. Loungsets van wicker=dure brol!

Achat d’un parasol avec pied à roulette chez Overstock Garden à Braine-l’Alleud. Tout se passe correctement en magasin mais une fois la commande payée , le cauchemar commence avec le service de livraison. J’attends comme prévu le colis à la tranche horaire indiquée mais il n’arrive jamais. Deux jours plus tard on me livre juste le pied de parasol et ensuite trois fois de suite on me dit que la livraison est reprogrammée mais au final n’arrive jamais. Entre temps je retourne chez Overstock à Braine-l’Alleud mais on me dit que l’on ne peut rien faire pour moi; il faut aller sur internet et ouvrir un dossier, ce que j’ai fait mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’appelle le service client ; on me répond en néerlandais désolé je ne parle pas français et ma collègue est occupée. Bref service après-vente déplorable. Une fois que c’est payé on ne se soucie plus du reste. A fuir!

Verschrikkelijke naservice! We kopen 4 tapijten voor een bedrag van 4000€, na enkele maanden begint 1 van hen aan de zijkant helemaal uit te rafelen,ik kon de draadjes oprapen van de vloer, bij de klantendienst wordt ons gemeld dat het normale slijtage is ,dus binnen een jaar kunnen we weer nieuwe kopen !!!!! Zeer slechte kwaliteit voor een dure prijs ! Als klant moet je doet allemaal maar pikken,bedankt Pieter V van de klantendienst,zo ‘ n domme mails heb ik nog nooit ontvangen van een klantendienst,doe zo verder ezel!

I am so f***ing pissed off with this company! Its been about 3 Weeks since I’ve had this TV stand and couldn’t put it together the first reason was because you guys sent faulty parts!!! I then gave y’all the benefit of doubt & requested the parts I needed. You didn’t even send all the parts I requested so I had to request parts a second time around! and then my delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday but you guys put the wrong address so I had to go out of my way to call FedEx And give them the correct address! It comes a day later and now I’ve I’m thinking I can finally put The TV stand together but no of course not because I ran into another f***ing problem which is none of the holes match the screws so I’m done with this company! I want my money back for all of my time you wasted I will never shop at this company ever again you guys get zero stars from me. & to top it off it’s so damn hard to get in touch with anyone on the phone! I have to wait days to hear back from you! I rearranged My house too many times so I can put together my TV stand but now I have to go somewhere else and find a TV stand overstock you guys suck

Took my order with a ship date of 5 weeks. Also charged my account immediately. Now being told the outdoor Polywood furniture will not ship for at least 3 months. Add that to me accumulated wait and were into October! Not much outdoor time left to enjoy patio furniture then.

Worst company ever! I bought a kitchen table for our anniversary. The table was damaged, chairs were damaged, screws weren’t even in bags. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a week, and I still have yet to hear back. I now need to contact my bank to see if they can reverse the 2,000 they stole from me. Also need to find someone to haul away this trash they call furniture.

Horrible customer service! They lost my first order and then they sent a new replacement item and it's been almost a month and I still haven't received it. Every time I text them (bracise you can't call and speak to someone) they give me a hassle and tell me it’s going to be shipped the next day and then it never gets shipped. So annoying!!!!
