I placed An order on 6/15 and my package shipped 6/16 and is still stuck with UPS lost with only one scan, 6/16! I have Reached out to Overstock for the past 3 days now and they have not provided me with a replacement nor a refund. Today is the 26th, the last scan from UPS was 6/16... they do not feel it’s lost? What kind of website is this? It’s not like I ordered Anything big, it’s a tube of foundation. I do Not recommend this site to anyone!

Order a jute rug and received it but color and tone different from the one in the picture on order page( from a honey tone to a dirthy gray). I had to return it and was charge $28. Very missleading and unfair. Even the clerk on the phone had an unfriendly tone. Never order from them again. Please be aware before considering ordering from them.

Na een prima parasol gekocht te hebben, moest ik ook een nieuwe voet aankopen. Deze dan online besteld, maar op de verwachte leveringsdatum kwam er niemand opdagen. Dan maar chat gestart, bleek de voet niet meer in voorraad en pas in juli zou hij binnen komen. Gevraagd naar alternatief wat ze me geboden hebben maar deze is in transport beschadigd geraakt zag ik op de T&T. Na 1 week nog steeds geen mail gekregen dus weer chat gestart. Nu moest in een online melding maken wat ik gedaan heb. Na weer 1 week melding dat de voorraad op was en dat ik moest wachten. Heb mijn geld toen terug gevraagd, waarop ze me na 1 week bevestigde dit te doen en dat het naar de boekhouding was gestuurd. Nu weer 1 week verder nog steeds geen geld op mijn rekening. Gelukkig met Mastercard betaald, dus ga nu een klacht bij hen indienen en zo mijn centen terug eisen.

Nooit koop ik nog iets bij overstock. Eind mei bestel ik een paraplu en beschermhoes in de winkel in Wilsele.Onmiddellijk moet het volledige bedrag betaald worden zodat bij de levering op 12 juni alles in orde is.10 juni telefoon gekregen dat de paraplu nog in productie is en pas geleverd kan worden op 24 juni.Maar spijtig genoeg is er geen paraplu geleverd.Na verschillende pogingen toch iemand aan de lijn gekregen.Krijg je doodleuk te horen dat de levering is uitgesteld naar 19 september.Als ik daar op antwoord dat ik hier absoluut niet mee akkoord ga,de levering wil annuleren en mijn geld terug wil moet ik een mail sturen naar de klantendienst.Zoals te verwachten was ...lukt dit niet.Dan maar Test-Aankoop ingeschakeld.Hoop dat ik ooit mijn geld ga terug zien maar vrees ervoor

BUYER BEWARE. They have the worst customer service ever. They will not cancel a order even if requested minutes later. They say order is processed and shipped. What a farce.

Overstock has the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I requested to cancel my order prior to it being shipped and kept getting thrown back and forth getting no where. The messaging system for customer service is awful.

Used Overstock for the first time made an order at 7:57am found out my husband was surprising me with the same purchase and went to cancel order online at 9:20am. Received a message that the “cancellation window is closed”. Called customer service and they informed me cancellation window is only 30min! NO WHERE on the site does it say the cancellation window is only 30 min, if that was the case I would never have placed the order at all! Now they are telling me I have to wait 2-3 business days to find out if my cancellation will be approved!!! I will never use this bloody site again and strongly advise against them.

Terrible experience. Ordered $2100 item on 5/25 when I did not receive it by shipment date I started calling them. After 7 phone calls a supervisor said he will try to get my money back. Every time I call I am told I have to wait 1-2 days and someone will reach out and no one ever does. Now they are telling me my item was supposed to be shipped by a trucking company they are not using anymore. Who knows if that is the truth. Terrible company to deal with. I will never give them my money again.
