Overstock advertised a package of hipster panties and when received the product was defective. Not hipsters but cheekies. A refund was requested and it has been several weeks now and still no refund. This is false advertising. They do not value their customers.

I don’t really understand why Overstock send coupons to the customers and we can’t use it because it’s a lot of restrictions and that end in the coupon it’s not available to use I tried to used it and that was impossible to work with any item so I think it’s better for them to don’t offer nothing to the customers if that not going to work.

Klachtenformulier bij de transporteur en overstockgarden gedeaan zelfs geen reactie gekregen, on professioneel Heb tot nu al veel gekocht bij overstock als ze dit niet rechtzetten is het gedaan niet aanvaardbaar , oplichting klanten noem ik dat Overstock kan mij contacteren ik heb alle mails Ook gebeld naar overstock geen antwoord op telefoon ongehoord , zal snel gedaan zijn zo als ze zo met klanten omgaan

Op 22 mei bestelde en betaalde ik een parasol met voet. Die ging op 3 juni geleverd worden. Op 17 juni heb ik zelf gebeld naar Overstock Wilsele om te vragen waar mijn bestelling bleef. Het bleek dat het materiaal niet meer in stock was maar dat er nog 1 parasol in het magazijn lag die ik zelf mocht komen ophalen. De rest zou op 29 juni geleverd worden. Op 29 juni krijg ik alleen de wieltjes van de voet. De voet zelf was niet meer in voorraad en zou op 27 juli geleverd worden. Door mij gecontacteerd wist de verkoopster alleen eindeloos te herhalen dat het haar speet maar dat ze er niets aan kon doen. Ik wist niet dat dit absoluut gebrek aan dienstverlening en klantenservice in deze tijden nog mogelijk was.

I would give them negative stars if I could! Do not order from this company! I ordered three items totaling over $1000. Only one item came as described. The other two items were incorrect and/or damaged. I have called numerous time, over an hour each call, and no help. The customer service reps are rude, and will put you on hold forever and then just disconnect you. I cannot believe I’m stuck with damaged and incorrect merchandise. It’s theft! I’ve never experienced such bad customer service.

I went to Overstock.com and a spinning wheel popped up and you get to spin and it landed on 15% off. This was not for a new customer's email. I waited 24 hours but I never received the coupon, I checked my spam as well. I contacted them via chat and the person just made me wait and wait and never came up with an answer. I think it's disgraceful that this large company is being dishonest.

Worst experience ever. Completely unable to contact this company with an address change. I tried everything under the sun numerous times with no response. Didn't recieve my package or my money back. I made my payment through PayPal and they were also not able to contact this company. After several attempts they had to close the case. If I could I'd give them negative 1 star. Biggest rip off ever. Totally inept.

Bought an outdoor eucalyptus table and chairs. Table started peeling in a month even though covered. It was a cheap veneer and is falling apart. They are refusing to warranty it despite complaints within 2 months of it falling apart. Overstock says it's the "warranty" and "manufacturer's" responsibility. Pursing legal actions and a hassle. Never buy from OVERSTOCK.
