Do not ever order from them. I would give these scam artists 0 stars if I could. We spent $500 on patio furniture and it was a complete piece of junk. Didn't come with cushion covers, and when we emailed them they said it didn't come with them, but it clearly said on the site it came with cushion covers. Then we called, and "oh we can't get a hold of the seller and they're out of cushion covers", so we could either disassemble the furniture and send it back when we already threw out the box, or get a partial refund, $80, which doesn't even cover the cost of covers. The only option was the refund, so now we're stuck looking for cushions and have to spend extra money on them. Overstock is a joke and their customer service is even worse. Their team is comprised of people who shouldn't even have the responsibility of working at a McDonald's drive thru. Save your self the headache and do not order from overstock. We'll never give them business again and I hope the entire company goes under.

Bestelling geplaatst en leveringsdatum aangeduid tijdens de bestelling. Wanneer de leveringsdatum was overschreden heb ik vastgesteld dat Overstock de leveringsdatum zelf had gewijzigd waardoor de levering pas een maand later is voorzien. Voor deze wijziging hebben wij ook geen enkele melding ontvangen. Ondertussen 7 dagen terug een vraag gesteld, nog geen antwoord ontvangen.

Shockingly bad customer service. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. I purchased a watchband. When it arrived, it was not the band I ordered. I contacted them through their chat system called Chloe. Crap! I was told everyday for 9 days that someone would get back to me in a few hours, or by end of day or in 1-2 days or in 1-2 business days. No one ever did. My situation still has not been resolved. Overstock.com is absolutely terrible and should not be used by anyone. I'm extremely pissed!

Terrible customer service. Ordered chairs on June 18, they showed on Overstock as having shipped on June19 and due to arrive June 24. They did not. They arrival date was then shown as June 30. Still no show. I checked the UPS tracking number which showed they never shipped. And I’d been billed! Which Overstock says does not happen. Multiple calls and “chats” during which they did not understand what I was asking and just said the items had shipped, even though I kept reassuring them, they had not. Was then told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. I was not. Then saw that a return had been generated, unasked.The chairs are now more expensive and the color I ordered two weeks ago is out of stock. This is a multi billion dollar company which has now moved its corporate HQ to Ireland to avoid paying US taxes and farmed out call centers to other countries so they get to listen to frustrated Americans. DON’T BUY FROM OVERSTOCK- buy instead from a company that provides jobs in the US and provides quality products and customer service.

Wij bestelden onlangs een tuinset bij Overstock, in de winkel was men zeer vriendelijk en de set kon al twee weken later geleverd worden. Zoals gezegd kregen we twee dagen op voorhand de verwachte levertijd doorgestuurd, maar wij zouden op dat uur niet thuis kunnen zijn. Daarom contacteerden we de klantendienst, maar die zeiden dat het NIET mogelijk was om het uur te wijzigen, ook NIET om de dag te wijzigen en ze zouden de meubelen ook NIET kunnen afzetten zonder dat er iemand thuis was. Bij levering weigerden de onvriendelijke mannen dan ook nog eens om de dozen aan de zijkant van het huis weg te zetten, want "Dat is betalende service he mevrouw, dat had ge op voorhand maar moeten vragen in de winkel. Wij leveren enkel vóóraan." Dus zetten ze de levering af vlak voor de garagepoort zodat wij niet met onze auto konden buiten rijden. De meubels zelf zijn heel mooi, maar de klantvriendelijkheid laat te wensen over!!

Ik bestel loungeset tijdens lockdown (maart) zodat ik hem zeker zou hebben voor de zomer. Ik betaal hem volledig en hij zou 6 juni worden geleverd. Via de klantenservice van de website (niet eens een persoonlijk mailtje) verneem ik dat de lounge is uitgesteld tot 2 juli. Ik neem contact op met klantenservice met de klacht dat ik het jammer vind dat ze niet persoonlijk kunnen contacteren. Ik kan mijn geld terugkrijgen maar ik kies ervoor toch de lounge te laten leveren als ze me kunnen verzekeren dat hij die dag wordt geleverd. Ik krijg verleden week telefoon dat de bijhorende hoes pas de 18e augustus kan worden geleverd. Allemaal niet zo erg als ik de lounge maar krijg. Ik krijg te horen dat die vandaag zou worden geleverd. Na een ganse dag te hebben gewacht bel ik naar de klantendienst waar ze me kunnen vertellen dat de lounge de 19 e augustus zou worden geleverd.... Grr ik kan mijn geld terugkrijgen maar waar kan ik op dit moment nog een lounge voor de zomer krijgen. Echt waar overstock garden uw communicatie en service trekt op niks. Dit zal dan ook mijn laatste aankoop zijn daar !

I honestly do not know how Overstock can stay in business with their "last century" systems and poor customer experience. I placed an order for a piece of furniture on 6/21 and they showed it as shipping on 6/23. They provided a tracking number, but no carrier name. On 7/2 there has not been a status change, however, the delivery date was pushed out by a full week. When I called on 7/2, I was shocked to find that the product had not shipped and they would be sending me an email when it finally does ship. (So their systems shipping info is not true and factual). Moral of the story- if you need something in a timely manner- do not order from Overstock.com. If you get a deal and are OK with it showing up whenever, then it may be a good place to order from.

They would never accept my review of a chair that was poor quality because they said it was a shipping issue, not a product issue, but there was nothing wrong with the package it was sent in. Very clearly not a shipping issue.
