I had an order that I never received so I asked for a refund. Now they want me to pay for shipping and handling which is over $100.00 for an item I never got. They will not work with you on resolving the problem. I will NEVER use Overstock again.

If there was anyway I could give then a zero star I would more than 1......customer service is way below 1.....made a purchase of accent mirror less than a yr ago and mirror is broken...call about my item only to b told that they can only give me a 20 percent coupon....wat am I suppose to do wit that.....they all spoke like they r robots and was programmed to tell the customers the garbage.....please do not purchase any items from them.....way fair give u the best customer service and return items.....they are a set of rip offs

Zeer slechte klantenservice. Onvriendelijke mensen en nooit correct. Als je naar de winkel gaat om iets te vragen, kennen ze je niet meer en moet je via de dienst na-verkoop gaan. En daar krijg je na enkele weken antwoord. Ik koop hier nooit iets meer.

Really horrible customer service! I ordered a $200.00 rug from Overstock and within hours of placing my order found a better deal and decided to cancel the order. Upon cancelling my order I was told by a customer service representative that they would cancel the order but I would be charged a return fee of $88.00. They said they couldn't cancel the order because it had been shipped. Upon looking up the tracking number the carrier stated that it had not been picked up but was ready for pickup. The representative said I could have a free return label if I bought into their rewards program or something along those lines for $18.00 a year fee. I thought okay I guess I'll lose out on $18.00 instead of $88.00, then the representative stated that I would not be refunded the funds on the card I used but I would have Overstock credit instead. Needless to say I definitely got screwed! I would recommend shopping from Amazon, where you can cancel before it ships and you won't be charged an unreasonable ridiculous amount to return an item.

In de winkel van Hasselt 6 weken geleden een loungeset gekocht. Kon vandaag pas geleverd worden. Bij het monteren merkte ik op dat het hoekstuk van de lounge de gaten voor de rugleuning aan de onderkant van de zitting geboord zijn ipv de bovenkant. Telefonisch contact gehad met Hasselt. Daar zeggen ze dat ik foto's moet maken en online een dossier aanmaken, maar het zal wel 1á2 weken kunnen duren voordat ik reactie krijg. Ik vind dit onacceptabel, speciaal tijdig aangekocht voor de zomervakantie, nu moet ik nog weken wachten voor het in orde is. Hopelijk komt het in orde,zoniet zal ik Test-Aankoop inschakelen.

Ever since the virus hit they farmed all their customers support over to the Philippines. It's horrible. I spent hours just trying to return a mattress pad. I am a club own member and it was within 30 days. Finally after being assured I would not be charged shipping they had UPS pick it up. I was only refunded $36 of the $58 I paid for the mattress pad. When I called to ask why the woman was argumentative with me and explained it was because I was charged for a shipping label. I will never use overstock again.

Ik bestelde 2 maanden geleden ligbedden, ze zouden 8 juli geleverd worden. Plots staat er, zonder enig bericht, op mijn account dat ik 3 weken langer moet wachten. Tot nu toe, wordt vervolgd :-(( Maar hier koop ik NOOIT meer weer.

Een week voor leverantie wordt even verteld dat de bestelling nog bijna 2 maanden op zich laat wachten. Totale levertijd straks 5 maanden voor een loungeset. We hadden hem voor de zomer aangeschaft natuurlijk. Klantenservice is daarbij ook echt waardeloos!!
