Both the products that I received came broken

Terrible experience. Shipped only one chair twice in wrong color. Ended up finally asking for a refund.

The rugs I purchased look nothing like the on line picture! Nothing like it! The material and look of the rugs is simply cheap. The runner got has ripples all over it. The worst purchase I ever made !!

Cancelled the items after I had ordered them.

The box arrived with significant damage. The table was in fine shape, however it was missing the manual, the hardware, and two shelves. Overstock is putting a request in for the missing pieces. We also ordered chairs, and despite having a tracking number from the Overstock email, there is no tracking information available when clicked on the Overstock site. I can forgive the damaged box and missing pieces - perhaps another person returned this and perhaps UPS smashed the box - but no tracking info? Compared to Amazon or Wayfair, this is a very poor experience.

I ordered EROMMY 4-in-1 Outdoor Playset Wood Swing Set with Slide, Climbing Wall & Adjustable Swings, Backyard Playground for Kids For $418.27. It shipped in TWO boxes. Tracking #1 was delivered Thursday, May 21 Tracking #2;WAS LOST BY UPS.... these are UPS' updates: 05/28/2026- We've begun an investigation to locate the package. 06/05/2026- A claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact sender for more information. May 28th- I was advised by Overstock I needed to wait 48 hours for their "warehouse" to investigate the lost package and that if it was truly lost they would just reship the whole package and I would not need to be inconvenienced by returning. June 3rd- I was advised that they filed a claim with UPS and I needed to wait further. I advised them I did not want to wait and I would like a refund for my money OR the item to be re- shipped at which time they advised me it was not in stock so a replacement is out of the question. No refund was issued and they requested a return of the half item (that cannot be used by anyone). At this time I filed a chargeback with Discover in which time the seller asked for the return, so the case was resolved in their favor until that was completed. July 15th- I called seller for a return label This was returned via UPS on 07/15/2026. Return was recieved by seller 07/20/2026. I called Overstock again 07/23/26 at which time they advised the return was recieved and the warehouse gave the OK for the funds to be released, so my refund would be issued in 3-5 days. No refund was recieved so I reached out again via email this time... this time I was advised even though they had recieved my return they would not be issuing a refund unless I closed my case and did not have a way to reopen. Which I didnt feel comfortable with as they have misled me since May but I reluctantly did. I sent them 29 emails in total from May to October 2026... and spent countless hours on calls with them and my credit card company. After closing my case they declined to issue my refund and stopped responding to my emails. My last interaction was a call they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I went to NYS Attorney General and filed a complaint October 3rd and was issued a refund by Overstock October 5th. Overstock is owned by Bed Bath and Beyond and I will NEVER make another purchase from EITHER one.
