Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

BEWARE BUYERS OVERSTOCK.COM By far the worst online scammers I’ve ever dealt with! They take your money and won’t send your item!!! At this point I don’t think I will ever see my $808.85 again... they do nothing but have their telemarketers lie to you and make you promises they will never keep!!! If you have an order you better cancel it now because you most likely will never see it! I learned my lesson and I will say it is stressfully, these people cannot tell the truth!!!

Buyer beware! I should have listened to the reviews. I purchased a rug. When it arrived the colour looked totally different than the website photo. I contacted them and told them. They didn’t care. They told me it was buyers remorse so I had to pay the 120 dollar shipping charge to return the 200 dollar rug. I was then told the best they can do is have me ship it somewhere closer which was still ridiculously expensive. I shipped it back anyway to be rid of this awful company. They refunded me but discounted me the free shipping for shipping it to me! I actually ended up paying them for the rug. Every time I told them the website photo was inconsistent they just told me it was buyers remorse. It’s not worth the money to ever order from this company. What a nightmare! They are awful!

Parasol gekocht.

They sold me a printer that no longer has any information about it. It is obsolete

I ordered a table and two weeks later four chairs, the only ones that would fit with it. Theyre chrome, when I built them one frame had yellow rust spots and one of the leather chairs had a slit. Contacted them via text and agent replied an hour later, said they cant replace unless I take apart and send all 4 chairs back. She disappeared afterward and I never got a response, so I contacted them via text again the next day. That agent told me that the company that sells the chairs will not replace their product or send parts and that I would have to send all four chairs back if I wanted to get just that one corrected. I said why would I take apart all the chairs and return them for 1 and pay the shipping to return them, that I could get another order that had more damage than this one. It made no sense to me. After pushing the argument she offered if I would just send one chair back and again she left. Nothing resolved! I am so aggravated! How do I have the packaging to package one chair and send it back when the box they came in held 4, its huge, and why should I pay for the shipping? Why should I be stuck with a chair that has a slit, its brand new!? I am going to try yet again to talk to somebody at the company rather than texting. I did end the conversation with telling her I will never buy another thing from Overstock and I was about ready to purchase a bar cart and a console for my dining room but I will not be buying them here now. The quality of the product is not great and the way they package is not great and I don't think I'm going to be getting a replacement for this chair! I just don't trust that they're going to come through and I told them that they should be doing business with people that back their products. So you make your own mind up but this is my experience and I will not be buying any more from Overstock.

So sad! Overstock used to be awesome. Great customer service, great deals.. everything you want. Loved it. Now it's the worst possible experience you have.. a complete ripoff, no customer service, misleading information.. tragic ending to a once great place to shop. They can't possible last.

I hope you read all the reviews before using Overstock. My best advice is to NEVER purchase anything from them. They tell you that they will pay you for your review of purchases...however...if you have anything negative to say, they not only won't publish that review, they won't pay you one red cent for reviewing it. Also, I never received a purchase and was only reimbursed half of the cost of that purchase. It is a HORRIBLE company.
