I ordered a couch and love-seat on July 21st, till now (Aug 5th) I'm yet to get a shipping confirmation. I have spoken to 5 customer service reps and all they do is lie lie. I will never in this life order anything from Overstock.com

The worst of the worst of online retailers by far! I had ordered a floor mat from Walmart and it was shipped flat. I really liked the mat so I ordered another larger one from Walmart this time the vendor was Overstock.com. As soon as I placed the order, I sent an email to Overstock. com to tell them "cancel the order, do not ship if the mat is rolled up" their response was"thank you for your order" I then replied, "did you even read my email??" no response from Overstock.com!!! Sure enough, UPS drops off a rolled up mat a week later!! I then started a return with Overstock.com, they had the audacity to charge me $26.07 for "return shipping" and would subtract that amount from my total order refund!!! Overstock.com order #: 300644075 Walmart order #: 4752037-367068 I would strongly suggest that Walmart drop Overstock.com as a vendor as evidenced by the multiple and extremely low rating on Trustpilot!! Walmart has the BEST customer service of ALL!!!

Lorsque nous avons acheté un divan chez eux au mois de mai, on a tout d’abord hésité pour cet achat, cependant la vendeuse avec un grand sourire nous a certifié que si on n’achetait pas cette semaine, la promotion se terminerait et donc nous ne pourrions plus bénéficier des avantages! Finalement poussé à l’achat nous avons acheté le divan! On constate avec stupeur qu’en fait c’est toute l’année qu’il y a les mêmes promotions! Cela s’appelle de la publicité mensongère dans le but de vendre! Totalement interdit en Belgique!!! Ensuite, un fois acheté et payé on nous signale 12 semaines pour la livraison! Et 9 jours avant la livraison on nous contacte pour nous dire qu’il y aura encore un délais de livraison de 5 semaines! Sur leur site, ils signalent dans leur propre règlement qu’ils ont l’obligation de prévenir deux semaines avant! Donc ils ne respectent même pas leur propre règlement! Et un tel délais est honteux!! Si ce délais n’est pas respecté cette fois-ci! Un plainte sera déposée via test achat. Et j’invite toute personne dans le même cas à en faire de même....un conseil, évitez cette enseigne!

Beware of Overstock’s terrible return policy. I recently ordered rugs, pillows and bedding for a vacation home I was purchasing. The deal fell through, so I returned the items unopened. The two rugs and decorative pillows cost me $149. Overstock refunded me $59! The rest was deducted for return shipping costs. What a total ripoff! I will never order from them again!!!

Purchased a product from one of their vendors, Costway. The product was very clearly misrepresented. They showed a brown cushion on a deck lounger (and it says brown on my receipt) but sent me bright blue. I tried 3 times to just get a brown cushion, on the very uncomfortable, and poor quality lounger. The company refused. I am angry with overstock, because not only did they not intervene, they refused to post my review! Need to warn others not to buy from Costway, but I think the problem also extends to Overstock.

Website lies when it says order will be processed in 1-2 days. I ordered on a Saturday evening 7-25-20. Checked on order Monday no update, Tuesday no update, Wednesday no update, Thursday no update. Call customer service Friday morning and I was told the order must be lost and it would take 24-48 hours to find out what happened. I tell them to cancel order and I am told we can do that but it will take 24-48 hours to cancel. I ask if that is their standard answer and she says "Yes we always say 24-48 hours for any issue." Wish I would have ready these review before making the order. First and last time I will order from these liars.

The worst experience. My daughter bought a carpet for 34 dollars they discount in shipping and handling the return and just back 3 usd to her account. Be aware with this business
