I placed my order on August 6. This morning your company refunded my purchase and canceled my order saying it was out of stock. Sort of funny though that the website said you had four available and when you canceled my order, it said you have five available. Also, the price went up by almost $400. I feel like you canceled the order so that you could mark it up. Now it’s gonna take approximately five business days for me to get my money back. I will never buy from your company again.

The level of customer service I have received is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I contacted customer service immediately after placing my order, BEFORE the item was shipped, specifically to request a modification. However, the company failed to respond until AFTER the order had already been shipped. Despite making every effort to resolve the situation in advance, I was given absolutely no meaningful assistance. Instead, customer service repeatedly referred to their strict “final sale” policy without taking any responsibility for their delayed response or considering the circumstances. **We are talking about an approximately $700 purchase. That is a significant amount of money, and customers deserve more than automated-sounding responses and inflexible policies.** I am not demanding a refund or asking the company to absorb any additional costs. I have repeatedly offered to pay the price difference and all shipping expenses myself. **All I am asking for is a ONE-TIME EXCEPTION allowing me to exchange the item. Is that really too much to ask, especially when I contacted the company before the order was shipped?** A company should not hide behind its policies when a customer has made a reasonable request and the company's own delayed response prevented the issue from being resolved in time. I originally intended to become a regular customer, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. I find it deeply disappointing that a company would rather risk losing a customer than demonstrate even a small amount of flexibility and understanding. **I am publicly requesting that the company reconsider its decision and authorize a one-time exchange exception. I am willing to cover all associated costs.** Until this matter is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this website to anyone. Customers should think carefully before spending hundreds of dollars with a company that appears unwilling to consider reasonable exceptions, even when contacted immediately after an order is placed. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and provides a fair resolution rather than repeating the same policy without addressing the actual problem.

The products were misrepresented....They claimed to be "plush" which is defined as..... A thick, soft textile with a deep, cut pile (similar to velvet, but with longer and softer fibers). These are thin pieces of poor quality products...you can hold it up and see through it. You were not truthful and then when I attempt to send if back you try to charge me a fee for each one. I spent $165 and you want to charge me $43 to return them. SHAME ON YOU!! I have ordered from you for years...never again. Once these are returned and refunded you may close my account.

The plant I ordered looks nothing like the photo and now I have to pay $15 to send it back

I ordered 5x 18x36 tiles and 3 were broken when they were received.

Order was cancelled without any explanations

I still haven’t gotten my product with no updates.

Chair hardware not included. Contact stated it was in mail not received. Chair unusable
