I do wish there was a way to put ZERO stars. Good luck. Over-rip off customers should be the name. I bought a row machine that was a piece of junk. Wanted to exchange it for another one for MORE money. Five phone calls later, promises to email a return label-nothing. They wanted us to put a machine back together, and video the problem!! After an hour of putting it back together and sending the video of a machine that did not work-still no return label. DO not order from these people. JEEZ!!!

Service nul, prix excessifs et qualité médiocre ! Bref passez votre chemin, il y a mieux et moins cher !

Bij bestelling meerdere fouten gemaakt. Tot 2 keer toe heb ik gezegd dat het aantal kussens bij het tuinmeubel niet klopten. Chance dat ik niet direct de bestelbon tekende. Levering maar gedeeltelijk gebeurd en onmogelijk om de klantendienst te bereiken. Steeds belofte van winkel of dienst na verkoop dat ze 'morgen' zullen contacteren. Reeds 3x morgen geweest. Fout bij leverancier en ze willen die eerst intern oplossen voordat de klant geholpen wordt!! Ik ben er niet over te spreken. Indien ik geen antwoord heb binnen de volgende 24uur ga ik mijn tijd in hun winkel gaan doorbrengen.

I ordered a 4 pack of sunscreen in june and all 4expire in October! How am I gonna use 4 bottles in one summer. I had to send them pictures then they said I couldn't return and they offered me a $3. Refund. The bottles were $25. So what is $3. Gonna do??!!

I wish I could give Overstock zero stars! The service had been terrible. I ordered an ottoman and was told it would be here on a certain date, it never showed up. I called Overstock and they said it didn’t ship. They then gave me a new estimated ship date and again, that time has passed. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone to help with the location of my order or to process a return of payment.

I ordered a six piece kitchen table (table, one bench and four chairs). I had to constantly call, email and text the delivery service and Overstock Representatives for the delivery. They ended up delivering three of the four boxes. I am missing a box but both the delivery service and Overstock told me i received all four..... i finally have someone from Overstock order the replacement chairs but they will not be in until the end of September...so this means hopefully an October delivery.... my item is currently OUT OF STOCK!!! I would not recommend ordering furniture from Overstock...avoid if possible!!!

Your service is very bad. First, you sent me the wrong item. Then you are telling me it will be picked up. The package is waiting for almost 2 months in my hallway. Then you are sending me an e-mail I will be charged for it. I sent you an e-mail back to set up a pick-up time twice. Nobody showed up. I am spending hours on the phone to get it picked up. Asked for a manager, but nobody took care. And now you charged for it. You are not taking any responsibility for your mistake and let the customers on the top paying for it and wasting the time. What service is that!!!!

Horrible customer service… Parts missing, incorrect colors delivered, delivery dates not met. On text messages for hours with customer service and still cannot get everything resolved. Do not order from Overstock, the reviews on the app look good because they scan all the reviews before they post them and offer people discounts in return.
