There should be a way to give this company OVERSTOCK a Negative 1 review (-1). My advice is to NOT ORDER anything from this company, as they are a complete scam to make it difficult to cancel your order by immediately printing a shipping label to say it is shipped! They also make money by charging for return shipments costs (hence offering the free shipping bait). They claim a 30 minute window to cancel an order which WILL NOT STAND in any court. Email the CEO Jonathon Johnson at jjohnson AT overstock.com OR jonathon.johnson AT overstock.com with any complaints.

I wish I had gone to this review page prior to placing my order. You should trust the overwhelmingly negative reviews. My experience was and is terrible. I ordered a "gently used" couch. It took a long time to get here. Upon arrival, I opened the box and found the pillows unusable. Immediately it appeared the quality of the cushions was poor. I placed it on the couch frame and was stunned at how poorly made it was. I put it back and started the process for return. It's been weeks and it still sits in my garage. Now they want me to take it out and take pictures of it. No! Pick it up. Its been four asks and weeks of delays. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered wood cabinets on Overstock.com more than 2 months ago , I was supposed to receive 5 packages but I only received one and the wood came all broken in parts. (notice the poor quality of the wood, that can be broken with own two hands) Till now Overstock is not helping me to get my 4 other packages , the goods are stuck at customs because customs are not able to find out if overstock paid the duty tax on shipping or not... I am trying to contact Overstock in order to get their FEDEX account number so the local customs can check if duty was paid or not. But overstock is not replying to my request. Never buy on Overstock: BAD QUALITY and POOR SERVICE.

They’ll advertise 2 day shipping but rest assured you won’t get it until the next week. They’ll let you order and pay for items they know are not in stock. They won’t even tell you that update but instead keep it it “processing” status until you cal and ask yourself and they’ll try to convince you to wait until next month when it may or may not be back in stock. If you ask for a refund an item they can’t deliver they will do everything in their reach to complicate things. Want to return an item? Well that’s as complicated as possible as well. They are hungry for your money like vultures looking for meet on your bone!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered a copper bar sink for international delivery on 9/9/20, my account was charged the same day. On 10/09 Overstock cancelled my order, I received an email advising me of this. I am still waiting for a refund 15 days later, i cannot speak to anyone credible to trace my refund. Disgusting considering they cancelled my order and now are taking so long to refund my account.

Hands down the worst company I have ever done business with. After weeks of searching for the perfect desk for my wife and I's office we finally found the exact one we wanted. After being beyond thrilled, we waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery. 72 hours before we were about to receive our purchase we were informed that the item we bought was given to another individual and we would not be receiving it. Their customer care was beyond useless and tried to sugar coat the issue by passing the blame to a third party vendor. After blaming the vendor who handles your inventory, their company did nothing to rectify the issue other than simply reimburse us our money. Now we are left high and dry with no home office for several more weeks, and will either have to completely redesign our office or spend endless hours trying to find the perfect desk yet again. I absolutely will never use their company again, and will be certain to persuade others to not do so as well!!!!!!

Got my order wrong the first time then when I got it the second time the box had a bunch of holes in it. Because of this I lost screws and bolts. They told me just to buy it at a local store and they will give me a coupon. Never buying from them again I don’t want a coupon

Product came damaged. Customer service did not respond with the correct response. NEVER again for Overstock. They'll be out of business soon enough.
