Horrible experiences with this Company. Beware..Do not leave anything in your cart when trying to order another item. Make sure you delete all other items from the past. I recently tried ordering a rug for under my dining table and found out I'm being delivered something I didn't order. Now I have to go through more than I expected. Returns, return fees. Be careful! Never will I purchase from them again.

I WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS!!! This is the worst company to deal with. They do not care for customers. I purchased a fan on a saturday night a few minutes later a cancelled the transaction because i found it way cheaper on another site. I was informed that it was to late that it has been shipped i find that impossible. I called to cancel order they would not, I asked about matching the price they couldn't because I was not an O member which you have to pay $20 for it. After going back and forth they offer me the member for free so they can match the price. Once I asked to match the price overstock would not match it because it can not be a third party vendor. Overstock would rather loose business this way instead of pleasing a returning customer. This is my last time i would buy from this place. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I purchased a very highly rated blood pressure monitor from overstock 3 months ago. The machine worked perfectly for exactly 3 months. Yesterday it would not turn on. I replaced the 4 AA batteries twice and it would still not work. I called overstock to see if I could get a replacement. The individual I spoke to said there was nothing he could do. I told him the machice worked for only 90 days. He did not seem to care. I called Visa and spoke to them. Visa said they would try to deal with overstock. This was my first purchase ( and my last ) from overstock. From now on I'll make my purchases from Amazon.

Absolutely one of the worst online companies to deal with. Their customer service & freight department are unprofessional, inefficient and incompetent to answer some of the most general questions.

Absolutely dishonest and misleading. You get an email with one price and when you click to order, the price changes. They also charge $150 to deliver to Canada whereas Wayfair is free. I will not order from a company that is so dishonest and neither should you.

I ordered a desk and a chair. The chair was received (still in the box, unopened) the desk will be delivered in a week. I want to return both items due to a family member not wanting them. Overstock will charge me $20. for the chair and $70 for the desk to return. They are crooks and have no regard for the consumer. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I placed a $4000+ order. They are delivering one item at a time. The last item was "supposedly delivered" last Saturday but never it came. Can't get a straight answer from the company. They are horrible. I will never use again.
