Horrible!!! I'm a grandmother that ordered the wrong size bed sheets for my grandsons birthday. I just talked with Overstock to ask why I have to pay them $13.00 for the return label, so I can order Queen Size sheets? I was told because they're not defective..."Say what!" So the girl told me if I want to pay $19.99 a year to join their club program that I can return for free up to 3 times a year, not charged. I mean, why would I want to continue returning items. I am so confused, but I do know I have just cut up their credit card.

Inderdaad , onprofessionele en zeer slechte service ! Wij wilden graag nieuwe tapijt retourneren en dezelfde maar maatje groter kopen . Dit werd gemeld na dag 2 van de levering .. Van de winkel doorverwezen naar telefoonnummer klantendienst , dan moest ik mail sturen , dat was nog niet voldoende , het moest via de link en dan na meer dan tien dagen kreeg ik mail terug dat ze niet wilden ruilen ? En dat kon niemand in de eerste plaats aan de telefoon zeggen ? Hun personeel is ofwel onbekwaam ofwel is het hun politiek het zo moeilijk mogelijk te maken of lang te trekken dat je zelf opgeeft ! This should be a negative 98 they double charged me tried to give me a store credit for my return tas item came damaged then they refused to refund me on the double charge I had to go to my card company and report them as fraudsters to get my refund what a bunch of scam artists never again would I ever do any business with them it took 45 days to sort out and even then my card company had to go after them all the while I was being charged interestoh and try to talk to anyone who speaks even remotely recognizable English good luck if you buy from them well then good luck nothing but fraud going on at thesis company

Délai de livraison très long : 2 mois Refus des transporteurs de monter le parasol. Appel au magasin avec une demande du vendeur de rappeler 8 jours plus tard pour avoir une personne qui parle français. Bizarre pour vendre pas de soucis pour un problème pas possible. 8 jours plus tard il faut faire une demande de SAV via internet. Quelques jours plus tard message disant que l'article défectueux sera remplacer, que nous serons prévenu via le magasin quand il sera disponible et que nous devrons nous déplacer pour prendre livraison de l'article. Pour l'instant soit 15 jours après la livraison nous sommes dans l'attente et nous devrons refaire 150 kms. J'invite donc les futurs acheteurs à bien réfléchir avant d'acheter chez Overstock. Ce n'est pas sérieux, un problème peut être une chose acceptable, mais le vendeur se doit d'assurer le SAV rapidement sans pénaliser 2 fois l'acheteur.

I ordered a couch 6 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/11/20. I got a call that morning saying they were still missing part of the delivery and would contact me when it was delivered. I never heard anything back from the shipping company or overstock. Throughout the remaining 4 weeks, still no couch and I was never contacted by anyone with an update. The couch is still nowhere to be found and I went ahead and cancelled my order. Poor customer service and still no product to even review because the company did such a bad job. Very disappointed. Will never order from there again.

Overstock is not a reliable company. When they send you an item you did not order, Their employees act as If they are always right, no matter you send them the pictures proving they sent you the wrong item, usually a cheaper one. Also beware of FEDEX their carriers, they keep the fee you paid for taxes and custom duties, and or giving you the goods you bought, they ask you pay the taxes and duties again, and never give you a bill so that you can never ask the return of the tax and duties paid twice. Terrible abusive Overstock.

Ordered a rug when it arrived it looked nothing like what was online. They were charging me 40% of the original price to return. I will never shop at overstock again.

Sent package to old address in Kentucky (I moved to Florida). Said it was due to address attached to payment type??? Overstock will not help and tells me it’s a third party vendor. Emails come at 230am from Overstock Asking me if I can pick up the item. I cannot be respond directly to the emails and so again I talk to a rep who tells me again that she cannot help. 4 days of the same. $190 lesson to remind me to just use Amazon!
