I will never order from this company again. I ordered a couch, and the company said it was delivered. It was not there when I went to get it. I reviewed the tracking information and it said that the customer refused the order 3 separate times so it was sent back to their warehouse. I never even had contact with anyone from Overstock throughout this entire thing. If it was my building that wouldn’t accept the package, I should have been contacted, and i would have come downstairs to get the package. To top it off, they offered me 15% (which is what everyone receives) off on my next order for the inconvenience. Absolutely never using this company again.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OVERSTOCK.COM AGAIN!!! This is the most RIDICULOUS item that I have ever been shipped. The main reason for that is because it was NOT WHAT I PURCHASED AT ALL!!! I ordered Apple Airpods Pro and was sent a pair of Samsung wired earbuds valued around $20.00. I will be sending these Samsung earbuds back (valued at $20.00 AT THE MOST) and will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OVERSTOCK.COM AGAIN!!!!! THIS WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED!!!!

Overstock rejected this negative review of their customer service which speaks volumes about what kind of company it is. I ordered (which means, paid for in full) two $1k nightstands and only received one. I contacted Overstock and was told it would have to be researched by the large freight group before anything could proceed, and I would hear from them within 3-4 business days. I heard from them on the 2nd business day, only to be told it would take another 3-4 business days for the investigation to be completed. On the 4th business day, I reached out and was told it would be two more days before they complete the investigation. Now, two days later, no contact from them and I was told to give them 1-2 more days to respond about theirl failure. What’s clear to me now is that they have too many handoffs and order tracking is not something they prioritize for customers. My theory is that they are running out the clock on my order so I have no way to get 1/2 of my money back for the nightstand I didn’t receive, because it is now out of stock. Totally shady. Given this hassle, I want others to be forewarned that ordering two items at the same time (or any items!) from this company may be risky and result in giving up hours of your life pushing this company to follow through on what they say they will do. Overstock is not committing to providing any sort of discount or expedited shipping to compensate for their failure. As a result, I do not advise anyone doing business with them. We have FAR better options! Just look at all of these negative reviews. They shouldn’t be in business.

Do NOT believe Overstock's saying "Free Two Day Delivery!" It is FALSE ADVERTISING! When you don't get the merchandise within the "free two day delivery" window, then Overstock says "well, we usually ship within one to two days, then you need to allow three to six days to have the item delivered." What a total JOKE! Overstock is LYING to their customers, even their "Club O customers!" They do NOT deliver their merchandise in a timely manner, even when they CLAIM to offer "Free Two Day Delivery!"

They're generally overpriced for the quality they offer. I tried them out because of a 15% off intro offer, but even with the discount they come out more expensive than other options out there. I unfortunately already put in an order for my item before I realized this, thinking it was risk-free as they have "free returns". I tried to cancel an hour or so later, tried online and also called them to explain but they eventually decided they won't. Neither would they price match. Their "free returns" only covers defective items, and doesn't cover finding the item cheaper elsewhere (they consider this "buyer's remorse"). Lesson learned - think twice before buying from them.

Buyers beware. I purchased a queen lucid foam matress and a wooden bedframe. The frame was cracked and broken and they shipped a twin matress instead of a queen, which we didn't realize until we had opened the box. They refused to allow us to return the bed saying they're not returnable after opening. 350.00 is an expensive lesson learned. I will never buy from this company again.

I purchased a $200 hair dryer supposedly brand new. It's the one my stylist uses, so I'm very familiar with it. The day I used it, I noticed a burning smell but thought that was just a new appliance, but when I turn the button on, there is a delay in it starting up. The motor whirs and revs and then it goes on. If you turn on another one, like I did at Ulta, that one went on immediately with no revving up sound. Overstock says they won't take the DEFECTIVE item back because it's a beauty product. This is such a horrible way to treat customers, especially when there are so many other online shopping experiences. I can guarantee you that I will NEVER shop at Overstock again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Was told my item would ship within 1-2 business days. Here we are six weeks later and they have no idea where my item even is, have not offered a refund or replacement and have placed all of the blame on the supplier and warehouse without taking any responsibility or offering any solutions. Will never place another order with them.
