I purchased a dresser from overstock for $222.80 (with shipping) They did get it to me in 2 days as promised, but that was the only upside. Box came to me mutilated with over half the parts missing to build it. I ended up infuriated and overwhelmed with a bunch of useless parts strung about my living room. Customer service was terrible, rude, heartless, and even specifically held sarcastic tones with me. They refuse to refund me until the product is back in their warehouse and they can "inspect it". It takes over 5 business days to ship back to them (with the shipping label they gave me for the return) and even after they get it, it takes another 3-5 business days to process my actual return. Outside of all of that and the enormous amounts of stress that has caused me... I wanted to make sure I left a review for that product on Overstock's website so that I could help other people avoid being in the same situation I am in right now. (Life is too short to deal with this crappy company) But again I was met with terrible service. They won't even let me leave a bad and truthful review on my experience with them on their website!!!!! That is why I had to go out of my way to leave a review here. This is the review they will not let me post on this product on the Overstock website: "This product was shipped to me with so many pieces missing it was completely unbuildable. Processing a return for this item has been an absolute nightmare. The customer service is terrible; so incredibly rude. Make sure you read their return policy thoroughly. It takes over 5 business days for UPS to get it back to their warehouse and only then will they start to process your refund, which takes another 3-5 business days." If you read nothing else in this review but this, Please don't buy anything from Overstock. It is not worth the time, money, and stress. It would be best if you bought from literally any other company.

DON'T DO IT! STAY AWAY FROM OVERSTOCK AND CEVA LOGISTICS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I have ordered many items from Overstock and many have arrived damaged. The company has taken care of the refunds. However, I’m not sure why the company doesn’t address the packaging of items or there isn’t quality assurance before an item is shipped out. Why do so many items arrive damaged? The quality is also not great to begin with. There are many companies out there. I would stay away from Overstock. I discontinued my Club O membership today.

I purchased a floor rug and it is very cheap looking. It doesn’t even have cushion underneath. I tried to return it but they want $89 to return it. I paid $159 for it the rug. To write a review on the rug I bought they charge $1. This website is a fraud. I tried writing a Google review but I am unable to because their website doesn’t let me. I am never shopping that website again.

First and last time ordering from overstock.com. I got my your order has shipped email along with a tracking number then on delivery day no delivery so i go to track package it says delayed and no real reason why, so I tap track package and the tracking number can't be found but it says shipped via FedEx and of course FedEx didn't know anything this is so frustrating all I will say is stick with Amazon people and save yourselves the headache.

I ordered 3 dresses from Overstock. 2 did not fit. Although they came in the same box, Overstock forced me to process than separately and pay $13 shipping for each item. Once they processed the returns and I was notified, I saw that they charged me for the "discount", which makes no sense at all. This with the shipping ended up being $20 per item, meaning I paid $40 for the privilege of trying two dresses on. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. They are unscrupulous. As much as I loathe Amazon, next time I will get what I need there, because they aren't going to play games and charge arbitrary amounts for basically nothing. Don't shop at Overstock.

I ordered an item that worth $1200 at 11:00am. After 30 mins, I noticed that I ordered the wrong size so I went back to the website and submitted a cancel request. unfortunately, they shipped the item the next morning without reviewing my cancelation request. I'm going to stuck with the item I don't need or I have to pay 150 to return the item. I'll not buy anything from this website. beware!!!!

Never Again!!!!! This place sucks!!!!!! They are absolutely irresponsible!!!! I changed my address with them and they still sent my package to my old address. Then they told me to go to my old home and retreive the package because it was my mistake. TRUE IT WAS MY MISTAKE ORDERING FROM THEM TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!!!!
