I was shopping for a loveseat during black friday/cyber monday time. I was debating between two on Overstock and another website. I bought the one on Overstock my order was "Confirmed". SIX DAYS LATER after the sales were over I get a text saying my order was canceled because they were out of stock. So a million dollar company doesn't have accurate inventory software. Will not be buying from them

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. I received a bench cushion, which is horrible quality and because I am returning it, I have to PAY for the shipping to return. This is outrageous! Because the quality is poor, it is my fault and I need to pay for the return! What horrible, absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!!! I will be canceling my account and NEVER purchase from them again. Save yourself some trouble and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OVERSTOCK!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION

READ EVERY WORD OF THERE POLICIES (RETURN AND OTHERWISE) BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE THE SMALL PRINT ITEMS SETUP UNLIKE THE MAJORITY OF OTHER COMPANIES (WALMART, AMAZON, HOME DEPOT, ETC.) YOU WILL PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND YOUR MISTAKES. BUYER BEWARE. MY ACTUAL RATING IS -10.

Oh, man....I should have read these reviews BEFORE I dealt with overstock.com. They're the absolute worst with customer service. I ordered a mattress which was 40 bucks less than amazon, but I've already wasted 3 hours with customer service, and now I have to go deal with my bank because O.S. claimed "technical glitches" messed up my order. Like most commenters here, I would give zero stars if it was possible.

They sent the wrong item and wrong size. Having a hard time getting my money back since they are out of stock. Took the day off to get things done and now I'm on the phone with for over an hour. Sending back the wrong item requires me to take yet another day off. Why bother shopping on-line if you end up in a store anyway!

You cannot take anything back on this website without paying for a return label. In my case $40! Then I have to load it in my car to return. Will NEVER use Overstock again. Why would anyone if returns are this difficult and expensive???

Did not like the item so I had to pay $103 in shipping to get a refund when the item only cost $266. I will NEVER use overstock again and I advise that you don't either!

Koop hier nooit. Eerst vooraf alles betalen voor levering, het volledige bedrag. Dan komen ze in ons geval kast leveren, die met haken en ogen aaneen hangt. Via de wel vriendelijke mannen van de leveringsdienst klacht ingediend, na 14 dagen weerom omruiling en levering van kast. Hangt weer met haken en ogen aaneen! Terug klacht ingediend en gezegd dat het voor mij ophield en ze de kast maar moesten komen ophalen en mijn geld terug geven. Kwamen week nadien hier ongevraagd aan om enkel het bovenstuk te komen ophalen, dit heb ik geweigerd, de week nadien stonden ze hier terug, weer enkel en alleen voor bovenkast, me erg kwaad gemaakt en gezegd dat ze de hele handel in een keer moesten opladen, dit op papier laten zetten. Overstock weigert nu de leveringskosten terug te betalen van de zeer zeer ondermaatse kasten. Gevolg 4 verlofdagen kwijt, en 150 euro van de levering, en nog steeds geen kast. Ga naar een andere leverancier die wel waar geeft voor mijn geld. Op terugstorting geld van kast moet ik ook nogeens 10 dagen wachten. NOOIT MEER!
