I purchased a bed that was suppose to be grey in color. When I recieved the bed, it was obviously beige. I tried to call and start the return process. The rep. advised me that it was going to be $155 for return shipping. Why should I have to pay for the return shipping costs if it's not the color that was stated? He continues to tell me that if I get a membership, the shipping cost would be free "BUT" you would get store credit instead of the full refund back onto your CC. ??!! Total scam!! They screw you either way..

I have had nothing but one issue after another with this company. They don't get orders out on time they use the slowest shipping posable. And they are rude. I've cut up my credit card removed the app. And I won't be buying from them again.

I bought a weight set, unaware it was feom a third party. Label creates, I was charged. Item never shipped. Overstocks answer is they will contact seller. The number and email they gave me does not work. They obviously don't check whom they allow to sell on their site. My payment went to them and they will not refund me. They are unhelpful dont buy from them they can't be trusted to do what's right.

We deliberated on a Bookcase for some time comparing options from Overstock and many other stores. Eventually we chose Overstock because there was one on sale and it had a Ratuken discount. Without any notification or warning, Overstock cancelled our order. Had I not logged on to check the status of the order, I would not have known. Customer service says that after I placed the order they realized they were out of stock. The plan to refund our money but now we have missed out on Black Friday discounts we could have got for alternative options. We asked that they re-instate our order and that we would be happy to wait for re-stock but they refused. We asked that the promise to offer the item at the price we paid for when it came back in stock but they refused. They said when it comes back in stock we could talk to customer service about the "best price" but refused to promise it would be the same price. Even if it was, we have missed out on the Ratuken cashback offer on Black Friday. We are devastated that we are now left without a bookcase and will have to pay hundreds more because of their mistake. My advice to consumers, avoid Overstock; particularly if the product you want is running out. They may never fulfil your order and they won't even tell you when they cancel it.

ORDER # CIN- O- 54051 I purchased A living room set on 1/27/2020 & the foam cushions have collapsed- I talked to a Mr. Patrick Colffield, he immediately text back & said I had no Warranty, so I text him back whit my Warranty information- now he Sends me to A three Party Call Montage Premium 5 year Protection Plan , & A Ms. Nicole say ,if the Dog would have Chewed it up they would have Fixed it. On A $ 1449,52 you would figure it will last more than 11 months- & The Killing Part About This is I was Charged $ 149.00 , for a Warranty & I called the manufacturer Who made the Set & They Tell Me The Foam Cushion Only Cost $ 20.00 I GOT $ 149.95 TO THEGOOD ON THIS SO CALL WARRANTY. When there Salesperson Take your Money, It's All Good until After The Sale. Bad Business OVERSTOCK WAREHOUSE

Terrible Customer Service! I will never buy from Overstock again and I will advise my family and friends of the same. My original order was placed on Nov. 25, 2020 and my call to customer service was on December 7, 2020. I tried to return some carpets and the shipping charges were exorbitant. I spent $290 on the rugs and was expected to spend another $200 to do the return. The customer service representative was rude and condescending. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was not permitted. Since returning was out of the question, I asked for a price adjustment since the carpets were now advertised at a MUCH lower price. I was informed that a change as such could only be done within 7 days of "placing" the order, even though my last part of the order had arrived only on December 5 (two days prior to my call). Buyer beware. You will not get polite or respectful responses regarding your issues like you get from Walmart, Macys, and other reputable retailers.

Bought a shower curtain from them as they looked cheaper than other online retailers. As I received it I was extremely disappointed by the poor quality and one of the ring was badly scratched. I decided to send it back and contacted customer service. Guess what? I have to pay for the shipping even if the item is faulty. Boy, I should have looked into Trustpilot reviews before. Lesson learned, will not buy again from them.

You crooked pieces of garbage call yourselves salesman lol. your joke of a company, I can’t believe you sleep at night giving all of us regular average jo’s such hardships. shame on you. Most companies don’t know what customer service is and your a prime example of that. Way to go
