Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

This company is the biggest joke. Do not do business with them. They have packages delivered by a company that can’t even deliver a package to the correct address. When you complain they don’t even try to find your missing package you are SOL. So awful when you have to tell a child that they won’t be receiving a Christmas gift because the company that you did business with has the worst customer service. It makes me ill that I had to give this company one star to write a review.

If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered a pair of Levi jeans. They arrived but were NOTHING like shown. They were faded and had a patch on the leg. That was not shown in picture! But what's worse was I called to get return info. They emailed me the address. I went to return them and cheapest cost was $14.50. Ridiculous for $35-40 jeans. The return wasn't because they didn't fit or I simply didn't like them. They were not what was described. Return should have been free or very little cost. Just was very sketchy ! I don't recommend purchasing from this place. Horrible horrible return policy. I will no longer order from overstock !

Schandalig slechte firma. Nooit hier iets aankopen!

They cant find my order and they wont let me cancel it until they investigate for a few days. Its been 15 days and item has not shipped and they dont know where my item is. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL IT. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.!

they asked me to pay one third on the original price for a return. and I found %25 less than in different online market that their price.

We purchased two go carts from overstock. We assembled one and the wheels didn’t work, it would spin without moving forward. Overstock made us pay to ship back which cost us 100.00 out of pocket. Then they tried to reduce an extra 100.00 from the refund amount until we disputed it with PayPal. I feel with such outdated return policies and sneaky practices they will be out of business soon!

I have spent over $15,000-20,000 over the last year with overstock. We have had good and bad luck but the final straw was today with Tina who is a supervisor/manager who totally did nothing about a order that came to me used and opened and parts missing(this is the 3rd time this has happened). Was told they would send me out the parts and never received and it's my fault that notes were never made on the account and because the item was only $110 there is no way that they would send out a part even though I was assured that the part would go out in 10days. Calling me pretty much a liar and that there was nothing they could do besides give me a refund. That's unexceptable to be told something and not follow through then to get told there is nothing they can do. Very poor customer service. Will never order from them again. I sure hope the owner knows how customers are being treated and how poor their customer service is. I would be ashamed. Tina was so rude and made me feel like customers are definitely not appreciated.

Received a rug which had different colors than shown on website photos and description. Worse yet, The design pattern was uneven giving it a very cheap appearance. Attempted to request a return, but they wanted $60 to return.. I am sure some items sold by Overstock maybe OK, but they don’t stand behind their products or with their customers. I recommend you Buy where you can see the actual goods in person if quality, colors, or workmanship are important to you.
