Estimated delivery time 12/23. Item shipped 12/12. Website status said shipped. Ups said not received for 11 days. Then overstock sends an email new delivery 12/30. I will not be home that week. Overstock cannot assist. Directed me to UPS. Horrible customer service. If an accurate delivery date was given i would not have purchased. But I'm guessing they knew that...

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been trying to spend in store credit for years now, every time i use it, they ship wrong item, wrong size or get lost in shipping. They have a text messaging service, all you get is copy paste messages. You call them, and they hang up on you. Horrible customer service, terrible prices. I hope they go out of business. Once i get my money, I will never buy anything from them, even if they are the cheapest (which never happened anyway)

Overstock Marketplace AVOID. Bought $300 worth of lights through a seller. The package has been lost through the USPS with the same tracking showing "in transit" for 14 days. Overstock says it's still on the way and they can't do anything about it. It's not their responsibility to participate in any disputes, they only collect the money. The seller says that since the USPS says it's in transit (auto generated) they can't do anything. Overstock refuses to step in. The worst company ever. Thank god for credit card disputes.

Ordered a nice blanket was 89.00 two weeks later, no shipping. Was for Christmas,asked for a refund they said 3 more days. I raised the roof got my refund but short 10.00 they said they dont refund coupons. Total bull#$it, I paid 89.00. Horrible company!!

Ordered a doll, received a ugly 3 piece canvas art! When I called customer service they said doll was out if stock. It was in stock when order was placed. After talking to several people that have dealt with Overstock, they said they had similar problems. Many said they purposely send the wrong item because most people will think it is to much of a hassle to return and just keep it. This was the first and last time ordering from them!

They shipped me an item that was supposed to be new but ended up being refurbished. it didn't even come with the power cord. i had to send it back. i would have purchased from a different website as missed out on a good deal elsewhere. I just tried to purchase another item from overstock and it would have been on sale for 7 more hours. they ended the sale early and just stated it was up to the manufacturer. This is fine, but then don't list it as being on sale for a specific duration of time. very misleading and very disappointing.

If i could give zero stars I would! I ordered a bed frame. It stated it shipped. A week went by and no change to the shipping status. UPS stated a label was printed but they havent received the item. I text and they say the item I order that was IN STOCK on their site is out of stock. Then offered a refund. I said NO i need a bed frame. Then they sent me links to their site to pick something else. I then choose something i was ok with but had to change my decor around. Same thing happened except it never shipped. Then they said we will give you a refund. They then reorder the same bed and the SAME THING happens!!!!!!!!!! I then said give me a refund! They do nothing to make it right. Just give a refund so you are out of their hair. Im ordering everything from amazon from now on.
