I always enjoy buying things through overstock. Company seems solid and the items arrive in a timely manner. This particular order was supposed to have had a 10% discount added to it. At the checkout. I put the code in assume that had gone through but it was not subtracted from the total. I called your customer service people and they said there's nothing they could do about it. That's very disappointing

I put in my order for an outdoor carpet, and after I put in all the credit card information, I got a message that said something went wrong, try again later. Do, I decided to try a different credit card. After finishing the order, I received 2 emails thanking me for my order! Now I'm going to get 2 carpets that will cost me $181. each! I don't want 2 of the very same carpets, but the cost of returning one, will be very expensive!! I'm not happy!!!!!!!

I have only put 1 chair together out of 4,,on the second going to have to come up with something,,,some of the screws wont go all the way in the hole.

I really like the design/look/functionality of this shoe storage bench. Delivery was quick and assembly was easy. My rating is lower because every time I sit down, the bench slides on my LVP floor. The rubber feet are very slippery. I called Customer Service and asked if you offer a non-slip gripper product and was told no, because the rubber is supposed to be preventing the slipping. Now I am forced to find a gripper product or another alternative if I want to keep the bench.

I like the large selection. I dislike having to pay to return poor quality or falsely advertised items.

Dislike the product received. The description was not quite accurate. Did like the fast shipping.

I ordered a marble bookcase from Overstock. The parcel arrived in a timely fashion. The item was fractured in several places. I contacted the customer service department and sent them photos of the damage. They were very helpful and offered options to rectify the problem. I chose to have a replacement sent, which was initiated within a short period of time. I was asked to return the damaged item, which took considerable time and effort, considering the size and weight of the item.

I was very happy with ease of purchase and customer service although one of the pieces was damaged.
