If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered an item and after several weeks the item arrived; however, it wasn’t what I ordered, nor was it comparable in price. It’s cost was several hundred dollars less tan what I’d been charged. Now I’m advised that the item I ordered isn’t available and I will not receive a refund until the incorrect item shipped is received back in the warehouse and inspected for wear and tear. So in the end not only will Overstock held my money for several weeks they are telling me I’m not guaranteed a full refund.

Zeer slechte ervaring met klantenservice. Na het bellen naar de winkel, bellen naar de servicedienst, mailen, enz. kregen we geen antwoord op onze vraag. We werden totaal niet geholpen en zelfs uitgelachen en dit na het melden van schade!

I ordered a dresser from overstock.com that was advertised as new. The dresser I received was not new, was clearly previously opened, and was missing 17 components, none of which were screws or washers or things like that. It took multiple calls and a Better Business Bureau complaint to get my complaints heard and resolution is still pending. These guys at Overstock.com practice very sleazy customer service and I will not order from them again.

I’m pretty pissed right now. I bought a $400 bunny hutch. I just found the same exact hutch for half the price on Pet Smart. Literally half the price - it’s insane how much Overstock jacks the price up. Anyway, so I send them the link showing the difference and they refuse to price match me or offer any compensation. They tell me I can return it but have to cover shipping which is $60. We go back and forth, and then the rep comes back offers me the opportunity to join their membership group for $20. If I did so, they would cover the return shipping fee and give me an in-store credit. It’s not worth the headache but I strongly advise you to use any other company.

This company sucks. I bought something and wanted to change the color. The company couldn't do it. So I tried to cancel the order. Overstock wouldn't do that either. I tried to cancel two hours after it was ordered and before it was shipped. Said it couldn't be cancelled once the order had been placed. Such nonsense! Said I'd have to return the item once I received it. Okay, but they were going to charge me half the price of the items just to return them. Or I could become a "member" and get free returns. Why would I want to be a member when I will never -- NEVER -- do business with this company again? And you shouldn't either.

Dont buy stuff from them. Been waiting 3 months to get delivery. They will tell you 4 weeks but it’s actually more than 12 weeks. Never gonna buy anything from them again.

Thanks for all the honest review guys!! I was planning to order a discounted perfume through this website but after reading all the horror stories and bad customer service, I'd rather just go to the mall and fork over a bit more to buy the real stuff without all the big hassle and potential fraud. lol

Do NOT buy from them. Worst company in the world. Ordered a computer desk and they got it WRONG TWICE! I will never ever shop with them again. I tried to give them another chance and they blew it BIG TIME!
