I ordered a rug that looked way different than the picture. It was an 85.00 rug and they wanted me to spend 33.00 to send it back. I want to switch from using Amazon so much but they're customer service is second to none. I will never order from overstock again. It's sad there is one less place to go to order anything but Amazon. Ive spoken with customer service twice and they were very rude and disconnected me both times.

I ordered 4 dining chairs from overstock, one of the chairs the back cushion is sagging and looks terrible the back of the chair looks like the fabric underneath is coming out, I called the company they gave me phone number to call manufacturers which said they couldn’t do anything for me so basically I paid a lot of money for damaged junk and overstock won’t replace or refund me my money! I will only order from WAYFAIR from now on! At least when somethings wrong they do the right thing and replace it or refund u.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I bought a bed frame. The center support bar was too short. The slats were too wide. The elevation from the floor was not what was advertised. Overstock shipped a different bedframe from what I ordered. I contacted the company- not easy. They could care less

I ordered a bench and paid for it in full, then I wanted to change the color so I sent an email and they replied confirming the cancellation of the item. So I went ahead and ordered the color that I liked and paid again. Few days ago I was surprised to receive both of them!! I was also asked to pay tax in spite of making a payment for that too!!! I sent emails asking for help without any luck!!! Stay away from this site

Terrible!! Bait and switch, Website said i was supposed to get 32 tiles, they sent 1, said that's what the website meant. Went around in circles, finallly gave up, waiting on my refund.

This is the absolute worst place to order anything. I ordered a queen bedspread about 80 dollars. It took over 2 months to arrive. When it arrived it didn't even cover half of my bed. It was the size of a baby blanket. There was no padding in the spread, it was like 2 sheets sewn together. I was livid. I emailed them 3× wanting to know how to return this junk...they never responded...so gonna throw this crap out

Bought a refurbished pc, defective, returned it. They've had it over 48 hours, (ups tracker was used). I still don't have refund.

I ordered a small sectional with the Guardsman protection plan. The furniture was delivered 11/9. In late December (12/28) I finally sat on the couch, when I tried to get up the armrest wood cracked. I contacted Guardsman, they refuse to help because I didn't report it within 5 days. Overstock said they can't help because it's bulk and I had 30 days after delivery to return or exchange. Now I have furniture that I had for 3 months and they won't assist with anything. They are not reliable.
