Absolutely the worst Customer Service ever! I buy online products every week and I will never shop Overstock.com again. There is no place on their app to change your address and they had an old address on file from 10 years ago. They refused to refund my money and gave me the run around for over a month. $300 that I will never see again but they will never see another DIME from me.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM OVERSTOCK!!!!!!! So I am a huge online shopper and get multiple packages per week from amazon and other websites but I only ordered from overstock once. I bought a faux marble kitchen table for $160, and they sent me the wrong package and sent me a fan. I called and told them and they sent me the table and asked me to send them back the fan. I was not able to get the fan back in the box so I ended up not sending it back right away and they charged my card another $160! Literally took it off my card illegally! They should of charged me for the $30 fan, not another kitchen table. Makes no sense!!! It was their fault they sent the wrong item! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER dealt with!!! They refused to give my money back!!!!! I have to dispute it now with my bank! They are SCAM ARTIST!!!

Bestelde meubels 1 maand later ontvangen dan eerst beloofd was. Er is een bepaalde beschadiging aan een onderdeel, hiervoor onmiddellijk na uitpakken meubelen een dossier opgestart, ondertussen is de levering en het opstarten van het dossier al 1 week geleden en nog steeds geen enkele reactie bekomen. Vind dit ondermaats!

No star at all!!! In the picture items are really nice. I cannot say bad thing about the product that we ordered because we never opened it. We ordered 2 standing closets because the pictures are deceiving. It looked small. When we opened the first one, it is really big!!! But we like it. We can hang more clothes. We want to return the second one because no more space. I executed the return 3 days ago. I called customer service and was exchanging emails with the seller. For 3 days, we were going in circles. They keep asking why we are returning. I already explained why. They do not want to give the return label. The items in Overstock are really nice. But they do not help with the returns and the sellers are hard to deal with. I do not recommend Overstock and their sellers. We will never buy here again! Worst customer service of all!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star it would be much less. Please stay away form this con job of a company..PLEASE STAY AWAY. I bought from them once and it was a nightmare. There return policy is a joke, and to get your money back will require you to issue a chargeback on your credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Wij hebben vorige week dinsdag een zetel ontvangen van hen. Eerst en vooral is de transporteur helemaal alleen gekomen zonder een collega. Ik ben hoogzwanger en kon de zetel niet met hem meedragen tot aan de stoep. Mijn man is terplaatsen moeten komen dan hebben we de zetel binnen gebracht en er bleek een fabriekage fout te zijn. We hebben 3 delen van een zetel. Twee konden we perfect aan elkaar direct vastklikken met de beugels. De 3de ging niet + de poot was kapot. Wij hebben de klantenservice direct benaderd de klantenservice trekt echt op niets alles wat je vraagt daar krijg je constant een antwoord van "ik weet het niet". Nadat wij hebben afgelegd op de klantendienst heb ik op de website een schade dossier aangemaakt en nu zitten we hier dan met een kapotte zetel in huis en na mijn bevalling weet ik dat ik terug naar huis zal gaan naar een kapotte zetel. Want sinds vorige week dinsdag refresh ik elke dag het dossier en niemand die een update stuurt of mijn case inbehandeling is of niet. Ik koop nooit meer van hen!

Don't buy from them...it's going to cost you more to return the item than the item itself.
