My first and last time ordering. At the time I placed the order was told 3/9 delivery date. No mention of a 1-4 week delivery. On 3/10 I contact customer service and am told 3/26. Today I check the tracking and it’s 3/31. I’m told unless it is damaged I have to pay for return shipping. Very unethical.

I paid extra for their club O because it comes with a price match guarantee. Guess what! They only price match items that are not on sale at competitors! The item I purchased went on sale for $208 cheaper the next day and support told me I was out of luck! This company is sleazy. What is the point of a price match if the item you are comparing can't be on sale.

RETURN POLICY SUCKS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I’d looked at this review site before I ordered! 82% rate this company badly! I ordered 2 large floor vases which were nice but not in my house, the color didn’t look right! In trying to return them I found out I had to pay the shipping. Could have done the membership thing to avoid that. But then I’d have to order from them again as I would get a “store credit”! I declined that option because what if I don’t like something else!?! Then I find out I have to drop of the packages. I live in a rural area and shop on line a lot. I don’t return a lot, but when I do return to AMAZON the UPS guy picks up at my house and I’ve never been charged for that!

Terrible customer service. After three weeks delay, I received my order torn and broken on several sides as you can see in the pictures. I reached them and asked d for refund, but they asked me to send it back for them and pay for shipping. It is haveay and large and I can't take it to post office and also pay for something that is not my fault. They also gave me second option to keep it and they will refund just 15%! Which is totally nonsense! Because it is so damaged that it is impossible to use and I have to dump it! I emailed the International customer service several times but the no response yet!! This company is a scam

I ordered a pair of Valentino sunglasses on March1st with a delivery date listed as the 13th, 2021. I got nervous after I didn't see a ship date by March 10th and called customer service. They basically just read of a cue card responses. The following day I received a UPS shipping notice that a label had been generated but no item shipped two days later. The address for Overstock.com is an apartment bldg. in Brooklyn! Lucky for me I used PayPal so that they don't have my card number and I will have recourse to get my money back when I don't get my item or if I do get it it will more than likely be counterfeit.

I ordered a clock and the next day received an email saying it had shipped and was o. The way. That was 12 days ago. UPS says they created a label but have never shipped the package. I have spent hours trying to get answers or cancel the order but no one will help. They only send pre-written responses. With so many of these types of stores to use, I will definitely delete the app when/if I ever get resolution.

I had never ordered from Overstock before this and lets just say I won't ever again. I ordered some luggage. When I took it out of the box, there was an extremely visible black line on my light silver luggage. I was told one thing one day talking to one customer service representative, and thought ok, that was easy! Second day, I was told what the first person told me wasn't the case. When I tried to get a FAIR refund, this was their response "I understand that the mark is extremely visible but it does not take away from the function and use of the item." I'm sorry, what?? Such a waste of time. Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere.

This company is a joke. Their website is misleading on products and the customer service is a joke. I ordered an item and within an hour cancelled the order online and with a customer service representative. They sent my order out anyways and then told me I had to pay an extra $15 if I wanted to send it back. Super unethical. It literally says on the website you have to cancel within 3 hours to guarantee cancellation. I canceled within the hour and they still sent it.
